Yea I believe so, or he was anyway. Matty is the lowest rated. Chris was very good at u17/18s level and was a star for England along with Marcus Edwards of Spurs. I think Chris just struggled to make the next push on and there were a few younger players passing him out at Arsenal so he decided to leave. From what I've read he has been alright for Benfica B but not a stand out.
