Two soft goals and still work in progress but it’s getting better and better. We played decently well for long periods and a massive improvement over the Newcastle game. Just need another 4 or 5 more signings.
Thought you played very well. You need a LWB who is as good as that Liverpool lad is on the right though, which seems to be sorted with the Sociedad signing, and Lingard was your weak link up front.

Surprised Freuler and Mangala didn't start.

The tactics were spot on today. The only issue was your quality in the final 3rd and in the box where it mattered. You all should have scored about 3 today.

People get annoyed at showboating but dont get annoyed at blatant and deliberate timewasting. One‘s ‘disrespectful’ and the other is ‘clever darkarts’

Yes - It was an issue last year to - I’m not sure how much longer lingard has got as a starter but Dennis would have been a better bet yesterday. If only you guys had given us some warning or indication that Jlingz is a bit underwhelming!

Deserved.

The three annoying things about that 1) McKenna would have launched him further, BJ can’t tackle 2) Rat face didn’t get booked for tripping Williams 3) Williams didn’t land on his head. Apart from that - it took me back to the good old days of Psycho cleaning house.

Why does Parker look so disproportionate to Klopp. Looks like his head is photoshopped onto a school boy.

You don't watch much of Chelsea then, which is fair enough.
I’ve watched them for a long time through the years and that side lacks so much imagination it’s unreal. Tuchel is telling the front 3 to do it themselves.

Mad season this.

More interested in Fulham/Bighton and Palace/Brentford than I am Southampton/Chelsea or Leeds/Everton.

You've watched us for years and this is the most defensive lineup you've ever seen?

Yeah OK.
Name more extreme examples? Back 4/5 two defensive sitting CMs in a double pivot and an AM who is in there because of his work rate over actual goal threat.
Conte would be proud.
Edit false 9 as well, not a striker on the pitch. One goal scorer in the entire side and it’s Sterling who isn’t even scoring that much anymore

You don't even know how the team will line up. At least wait and see.

We've played with a back 5 and two defensive mids a million times. Tonight will be no different if that's how we line up.

Na, I’ve seen Tuchel enough times. When he’s playing Reece James at CB his card is marked from there on in.

Mourinho once fielded 2 keepers and 8 defenders.
