Also wouldn't get too doom and gloom over Pep. He's probably going to do well, but there is still better competition here than in Germany, and wouldn't be the first to come over here and struggle managing. It's a tired cliche, but this really isn't an easy league.

I'm not sure you watch them enough but Pellegrini is a tactical dinosaur, if he came here he would make as many stupid decisions as Van Gaal currently is. Just check Bluemoon after they lose a game, the flaming towards him is insane. Only reason he won that title is because the spine of the title winning Mancini team was there.
