Looks like Bayern have got great deal, 27.5 million + 7.5 million addons for player of his quality is a steal.
Wasn't one of the Liverpool fan offended by the mention of a similar offer?![]()
Reports say Nagelsmann already talked with Mané about his position. Mané said he'll play where he is needed and Nagelsmann is told to plan with him as a false 9 but also as a winger and central behind a striker. Will he play as a false 9 like the 2nd half of this season? Or will Bayern bring in a proper 9 to replace Lewandowski? (Assuming he's off to Barca)
Lads, its bundesliga. He only needs half a lung and one leg to run rings around those defences. His fitness will fall off a cliff without Ventolin chambers
He’s 30 years old and in the final year of his contract. He’ll likely start to decline within a couple of years. It’s a fair price. They’ve been robbed. 30m in this market is an absolute steal for Mane he will be a huge loss for Liverpool.
Guy just made it to the champions league final and within two points of wining the premier league. He’s 30 years old and in the final year of his contract. He’ll likely start to decline within a couple of years. It’s a fair price.
The most painful thing, for me, about this transfer is it offers little hope. Liverpool plucked Mane from Southampton. They've already brought in adequate replacements. Its become a bit of a conveyor belt, like how we used to be. Other teams were always waiting for Cantona to leave, Yorke and Cole to stop scoring, Van Nistlerooy to go, Ronaldo to go to Madrid. That's what we sound like celebrating Mane going. The truth is Liverpool have a system that works and when one piece isn't working they just go to the factory and get a piece to do the same job.
Of course but age catches up to everyone. Very few explosive wide players maintain a high level post, say, 32ish. Come to think of it Ronaldo is the only one I can think of.Guy just made it to the champions league final and within two points of wining the premier league.
and he’s had good seasons, he hasn’t slumped.
i would say he’s proven himself and his injury record is fine

Would have preferred to keep Lewandowski (I'm 99% sure he's gone, at this point), but well, at least that's a pretty exciting signing.
Makes all those memes about Bayern’s ridiculously low offers look pretty tragic when they’ve accepted one of them.
