Interested to see who is the starter between him and Malacia when Malacia returns

Bit of a comedy signing, but its hard to get a season-long loan for someone who knows they will be third choice in a matter of months.

I won't pretend I have been impressed with what I have seen from him since he moved to Spurs but you never know how things will go in football and there are plenty of signings I was sure would succeed that failed terribly.

Best of luck to him.

Odd that he hasn't been announced, yet confirmed by EtH as available on Sunday.
Haven't seen that by us in the past.

This looks like one of those random AI signings on FM, but I guess he's here to give the quad more depth, since he can cover defence and midfield. Can't see other reasons.

Finally an attacking fullback. I kinda excited to see how this one go.

I don't think he's that good, but then he doesn't need to be that good to justify bringing him in as emergency cover. And who knows, maybe he shows form for a few months and we're pleasantly surprised.

He seems happy at least:

Hasn't been good for Spurs, but hopefully he kicks it up a notch here.

What has he lacked for Spurs? I remember United fans really wanting him to sign before he went there.
He plays like a lost puppy. 100 mph in both directions. Unintelligent decisions with the ball, often caught up leaving too much space behind to track back. Good crosser but only when he gets the ball on the run, his crossing from a still position is dreadful.

Overall he is probably a serviceable third choice left-back.

Hmm ok. Sounds like he could benefit from having a good coach if the raw materials are there.

Can see him getting a few assist for Hojlund with his crossing.

A few years ago when he played very well as a young player helping Sevilla knock us out of Europe with an assist for Sevilla's first goal

3 years is a long time though.

I'm not at all impressed by anything I've seen from Malacia so hopefully Reguillon is at least a better option than him. Would not be surprised if he stayed on after January.
