From my observation, chairman will renew player's contract 2 months after rating increased. Not sure if 5-season contract will delay the raise or not

That's what I did last season and worked alright in the end. This season I'm having league as my main priority, though expect the team to win the league to be someone who hasn't won it before (Arsenal/Newcastle, just got that feeling).
