Uh oh here comes a quality CB into the scousers to show our useless board there is value in January
We shall see. There aren't too many obvious options around.

An option like Anel Ahmedhodzic, however, could be on the move...

Chelsea were previously interested in him but stopped pursuing him during the summer.

Another thing is also good: slowly but surely we come to a situation where OGS’ and Caf’s opinion on which players exactly are shit/needs to be shown the door
I would prefer if we wouldnt keep recruiting future deadwood like james and telles though. Oles squad usage is a bit odd at times, for example mata may not suit ecery game these days but he would be useful against lower league teams

So us, City Liverpool or Leicester?

He wants to play midfield right, but is a good RB too. Out of the 4 top 4 teams, we make sense.
Definitely Leicester. We're not doing anything till the summer as insinuated by Ole and various journalists, Liverpool are stacked in midfield and on a tight budget - will only dip in market now for a CB due to Matip injury, so it only leaves Leicester.

Do Leicester need him though? Castagne and Albrighton start all the time on the right and they've got Pereira coming back too. There were rumours we were in for him last window so you never know.

Castagne can play LB, Albrighton is past his peak and Pereira could go back to RB with AMN as RW. Might be irrelevant now anyway as Sky Sports are saying West Brom are the front-runners. But anyway, can you imagine the stick the Arsenal board will get if they let us have another talent of theirs (even a loan)?

Still no agreement between Nice [want Todibo on loan], Benfica [currently have him on loan], and Barcelona [parent club] for Jean-Clair Todibo's loan. Complex negotiations between the three clubs, which are shifting responsibilities among themselves for a moment. However, everything can be unlocked very quickly.

Yeah, seems the more likely option doesn't it.

In hindsight, maybe it was a bad idea to send Garner to a club that changes managers at a rate that most people change their underwear.
