I hate this deal, because despite some issues with his persona, it's a low risk punt for an absolutely talented kid.Now this came out of the blue! No pun intended

Translation:Contacts between Barça and Bournemouth for Neto. The issue of the goalkeeper's salary, which is very high, needs to be resolved, but the parties are working on it.
Barça and Bournemouth are negotiating for Neto.
Both clubs have been making progress in the transfer of the Brazilian goalkeeper in the last few hours.
Optimism among negotiation sources with a view to completing the deal.

That would be another brilliant signing for West Ham. Personally think Cornet would be a very good squad player for us. Isn't his buy out clause like £14m?Tweet

- West Ham are negotiating a lower fee for Cornet, which keeps the other clubs in the race.
- West Ham are still ahead of the rest
- Besides Cornet, Moyes wants a left back, centre forward, and midfielder.
- Left back: Luke Thomas (Leicester)
- Centre forward: Ben Brereton Díaz
- Midfielder: Amadou Onana (Lille)
Put a stop to it and sign players ! Anyone, any position !Welcome to Chelsea Cafe, fecking hell!
Crazy, a breakout season where he was good for brighton and he is a £50m player. On one hand you applaud Chelsea for getting deals done quick, its becuase they dont give a monkeys about money though. £100m for Lukakau and then loan him for 2years for about £15M back. I personally think Chilwell is a better left back anywayTweet

This seal smacks of the two Chelsea have made in the Brighton left back and Villa youngster. Decent talented young players making a move to big fof them too early at a club littered with players in there position. The Villa player has little chance of breakign through, Chilwell is a better left back then the Brighton one.....I think Sarr is a good player, not got much of a chance or run of games to prove himself, grat deal for Monaco or FulhamTweet

Monaco aer looking for a loan with an option to buy. Fulham has also made an offer.
Not Dutch and no prior Ajax links. Easy.Bit of a silly question but why dont we get Cornet
Seen him lauded by pundits like Jamoe Redknapp and spoken of as a huge star. Can definately see ability but awful move for him. Chelsea are getting a real talented player not ready for a relatively low fee for them.....the player is going to a club where several youngsters have failed already he may be more talented than....but how does he get a game with there midfield, he didnt look quite ready at Villa.....waste of a move, wait for him to go on loan.Tweet

Not really. His talent was never that of Chelsea level. It was an opportunistic signing as he was a free agent designed to flip him for a fee if he did well on loan. Circumstances forced him into playing big part last season but he mostly always looked out of his depth. This seal smacks of the two Chelsea have made in the Brighton left back and Villa youngster. There's no mention of what fee will be required to make this transfer possible, but the optimisim is growing, at least.Laporta is determined to secure his signature to give Xavi the best squad possible
Bernardo Silva wants to come to Barça, but his arrival depends on De Jong's future

Seems to line up with increased Chelsea interest in the player too. Maybe the dominos are finally falling and FdJ -> Chelsea, Bilva -> FCB.
