Typical. I have seen that French team falter completely on penalties against the Germans in 2015, live in person. Obviously nothing has changed since.

This game has stopped the nation. News postponed and even AFL games delayed. A full 50k stadium. And the standard of the women's game has increased exponentially recently.

With that French women's team, I have seen their results across tournaments for years now. Choking is a regular occurrence for the level of talent that they have.
