Apparently it has cuff details when rolled up, like last years. While it doesn't look good, it would have looked 10 times better had they given it cuffs - provided the collar and cuffs were actually white, like they're meant to be.
Dining on their faux-historical kit,We're having a picnic when Glazer dies
On the shirt with sarnies and pies
Didn't understand the point of those last year, and still don't. Totally bizarre idea.Apparently it has cuff details when rolled up, like last years.
I suppose it caters for those who want a cuff as well as those who don't. If you like the cuff roll it up, if you don't, then don't. I'm not saying it was a great idea but I can see where they're coming from.Didn't understand the point of those last year, and still don't. Totally bizarre idea.
I know what you mean, but if you're going to have a collar surely you have to have the matching cuffs with a football shirt? It just looks silly and kind of bare IMO.I suppose it caters for those who want a cuff as well as those who don't. If you like the cuff roll it up, if you don't, then don't. You can use it as a tablecloth and when you've finished your meal you can play some Subbuteo on it. Things are looking up!
But last years did have the matching cuffs when you rolled it up. This years will be the same I assume.I know what you mean, but if you're going to have a collar surely you have to have the matching cuffs with a football shirt? It just looks silly and kind of bare IMO.
I'm assuming this is so that De Gea blends in with the pitch, so opposition strikers shoot into what they think is an empty goal, and De Gea clutches the shots out of thin air, all Invisible Man stylie.
You haven't seen the away yet.Keeper shirt and the away look nice, I just don't like the home shirt
TeaseYou haven't seen the away yet.
Yeah, it's bloody awful stuff. Must have got Wazza himself to do it.Interesting to see we have our own Nike keeper template this year, it seems.
On another note, anyone noticed the poor photoshopping on the images on the site homepage? Shocking stuff really.
The trackie top has potential. It'll be a big hit with the scallies. The Mirror has some pictures I haven't seen before, including the new tracksuit top.

They are on the players shirts. All the Nike shirts from this season have printed crests on the player's versions. The replica will be the same as on this year's - a stitched on patch. Is the crest just printed on now? Not even a badge sewn on?
It's definitely sewn on looking at the pictures on the website's shop.Is the crest just printed on now? Not even a badge sewn on?
I like the green or grey keeper kit for that reason, it's harder to pick them up in your peripheral vision as an attacker. VDS was fantastic in green.I'm assuming this is so that De Gea blends in with the pitch, so opposition strikers shoot into what they think is an empty goal, and De Gea clutches the shots out of thin air, all Invisible Man stylie.
Maid of Manchester more like.
Noticed that as wellNo gold Premier League badges.
Better than anything else we've got to wear next season.Alright, I've been given permission to post this - it's a mock-up of the away kit. Bear in mind, I've only seen a photo of (most of) the shirt, so the shorts and socks are guesswork:
