I think I can guess what happened with Luisao. He had a bid accepted from Benfica the day before you took over, then when you took over the transfer hadn't gone through at that point so the system cancelled it, meaning that he stayed at your club but it is listed that he was sold.

He was bought back 2 days before I took charge.
The system seems to have fixed itself now, as Luisao is gone and Myhill is back
