If you can't see through the bs and realise he is signing, that's your own problem. We have had no links to any other midfielders whatsoever. The only problem here that i can see is the fact he is on holidays and people are doing their nut because he hasn't signed yet. In reference to Bale, maybe Pogba isn't a drama queen like Bale. Maybe he has more respect for his club that is paying his wages. Ever think of that? Juventus just spent the whole Pogba fee on Higuain, yet people think they can afford it. Now that is hilarious. But good luck with your pessimism. You have being like that in every single post of yours in this thread.

If you can't see through the bullshit and understand that these di marizio guys or whatever are taking you for a ride then that's your own problem. The links are generated by the media and they all are putting their eggs in one basket.

Jose clearly told that if a player doesn't come, he has alternatives so links are there but the media has no clue. So please stop it with the highhandedness. People have every right to be questioning the way this is being handled by the media. A few guys in here like you are too high on muppetry and want to spin every news in a positive manner.

It's like if you don't agree with Pogba coming, you do not want United to do well and you have no understanding of football. "Why do you care how much United are paying, it's not your money", and then there's the " He's world class so the fee is justified" crap which is laughable, then it's "48 hours means, the deal would be confirmed within 48 hours so United , Pogba and Juventus have completed the deal but won't announce it till the right time" , "the juventus webite doesn't show pogba with the jersey, so surely the deal is done". Oh man.

If he joins, i will agree that the United sqaud looks very good on paper, but you do not know how the transfer will work out and it is a risk to spend so much money on one player when you know a player can get injured anytime and there goes your money down the drain.

Bale is a drama queen, and Pogba is not? as i say, some in here would do anything to spin every news in a positive way. It was not Bale who showed up in advertisements teasing the club's fans, it was not bale who kept updating his twitter with cryptic messages. In short Pogba is an a**hole who frankly is not required the team will be better off without him.

Can't wait for the 6th of August when he confirms he will stay or join Madrid. This stupid circus will be over.

There HAS to be something fishy going on.....Deal should never take this long and he's clearly hanging on to the hope of playing for Real or surely he would have signed and been training for Mourinho by now. I'm thinking this ends with him either signing for Real or signing a new contract at Juve with some kind of buyout clause or unofficial agreement to sign for Real next year.
Posts like this are incredibly irritating because they ignore all evidence and are instead based on insecurities and paranoia. The Pogba "saga" has taught me one thing; a lot of United fans are utter pansies.

I read the new title and thought at first it said, "we just have signed him...". And then I came here to see nothing:(

Those answers are really vague, to be honest. You can't make a story with that.

Great. The page 1000 isn't unreachable.
The thread seems to be moving at a quicker rate than ever. It seems the less is happening, the more it gets talked about!

Sky sports say "their sources" say Pogba will be in Manchester on Saturday and could be presented monday.

http://www.skysports.com/iframe/wid...UE-nwiC#ooid=02NTA0NTE6IzcXGpQ3J7s4TWnUE-nwiC

So Saturday becomes monday ...i think this is most peoples problem ..we pretty much know its happening but it just gets so frustrating constantly hearing it will be today then tomorrow then 48 hours and it just goes on and on .

Until we actually see him holding the shirt having signed his contract you just cant settle .

For those saying walk away now and buy another midfielder:

Pogba is the 4th of 5th best midfielder in the world. Those who are better are:

Busquets
Iniesta
Modric
Fellaini
Kroos (debatable)
Veratti (debatable)

Now, who's available out of that lot? Pogba is.

Pogba is world class, 23 yo, speaks great English, likes Manchester. What's not to like?

Be patient, he will come.

Those who are saying the deal is taking too long...how do we know it's not done? Its a world record fee. It could just be that they want to unveil him in person and announce it when he is actually in Manchester...he was slated to be on holiday this long so....what is the problem?

It may be he had offered to come back early and Mourinho has told him to crack on and come back when he was scheduled. It could be anything. Wait and see. We have no idea.

Why do people think he is going to cut short his holidays? He played 9 months for juve followed by a month of international football. And 4 weeks (not even 4weeks actually) of holidays is a big deal? Plus it was sanctioned by his then team. And it's still a good number of days before PL starts.

Cutting short a holiday of a lifetime by 2 days, to become the world's most expensive player, doubling his wages.

Big fecking deal.

I know people constantly asking for thread title changes is annoying, but Skysports saying he will fly to Manchester on Saturday actually seems worthy of one

While what you say is fine, what's an extra 2 days going to hurt? he's in top physical shape already. The only thing it hurts is the muppets.

The thing about the news is, it wasn't conclusive when it would be completed. The guy said it can be concluded as early as Monday. So all that confirms really is that it won't be concluded before, but that also means that it could be anytime after Monday.

He isn't going to get another holiday this year. It's not like this is an interview where he needs to come by this day or he will not be employed. United want Pogba because of his talent, not because he is available right now. Why should he compromise a few days which probably doesn't even matter in the grand scheme of things? We had martial join on deadline day. Pogba is going to come a week before PL even starts. Surely that's not such s big deal

It's a £100M+ deal and people are acting in here like we are buying a fecking PS4 because it's not done when they demand. Look how long it took for City to buy Sane, a relative nobody compared to Pogba. This week is about Rooney's testimonial, the marketing people want the right moment to unveil Pogba to maximize the impact, and by that I mean the impact on the real world, not those that can't leave any slice of clickbait alone and are camped in here on the positive of negative side of things.

I made up my own mind ages ago in this thread that this was on. I have my own mind you know. Never once mentioned Di Marzio or anyone else, so stop assuming i hang on every tweet they say. That last line of yours i bolded just shows you are an absolute melt of a supporter if that actually makes you happy.

just curious, why do you call 'Newcastle' by the name 'New Castle'?
My mistake. We have New Delhi over here, capital of India. Then there is New York. So I guess, amidst all that typing, I forgot it's actually Newcastle and not New Castle. :)
