Looks like we're having another daft fight. 
Overeem should have just bought a treadmill and he could have avoided all these punches to the face, but still got his jogging in.
Gutted for the Reem.Underwhelming finish.
Stipe isnt all that...he was getting rocked...any other HW would of been all over him after those shots...Overeem just stood there and let him regain his composure.
So it's over. I'm no MMA aficionado, but that didn't seem like a normal first round in a heavyweight fight.
It's a shame, but he was dreadful.

Well that was a bizarre card to say the least. Not surprised with CM Punk getting destroyed. He was out of his depth but gotta' give him props for putting everything into his training and giving it a shot. Mickey Gall was just way too good for him, good young fighter who I think we'll see a lot of over the years in the UFC. Would not mind seeing him face Sage Northcutt next. I'm glad Werdum beat Browne. That flying side kick was amazing from Werdum. Browne's head coach is a fecking prick. He should've had his coaching license taken away when he told Ronda Rousey she looked 'beautiful' in the first round against Holly Holm. Miocic and Overeem was awesome, both fighters hurt each other quite badly. I thought it was all over when Overeem sank in that Guillotine. Stipe did well to recover and get the stoppage.
Why? People are entitled to take the piss. The guy literally did nothing so people will take the piss. It is pretty hard to do any worse than him. I don't watch WWF but what I saw in the buld up I don't mind CM Punk but it was still funny that he did nothing and people are gonna laugh at it.
Most the card was pretty underwhelming in my opinion. The main event was decent but other than tht it was pretty average. Cain or Werdum next for Miocic.

- The refs were a bit crap. Allowing Browne to take a lady boy break because his finger hurt. What the actual feck ?
- Edmund should be banned from events if he's going to pull stunts like that. Not only is he apparently a shit coach, but a bit of a twat to boot.
- Props to Punk, but he should never fight in the UFC again. He's 37 and won't be improving much. He got his shot and can comfortably move on to something else now.
- Gall looks like a star in the making. He needs to fight a mid table calibre opponent in the mold of Neil Magny or the like to test his skills
- Miocic has improved considerably since losing to JdS and needs to fight Cain next.
- Werdum looked sluggish. Age catching up to him ? He wants a title shot next but I'd like to see him fight JDS first and then have the winner fight the winner of Miocic/Cain.
- Bethe Correia is a clown. Maybe Holly Holm can take care of her next.
All in all a bizarre event. The next 3-4 UFC fight nights leading up to the Bisping UFC all look uninspiring. Think I'll take a month off to recharge my interest a bit.
