37 shots...unbelievable.
We were very good, I thought.
I thought the same.
Their GK put in a MOTM performance. Some of the saves he was doing were almost inhuman.
We are playing attacking football, but the ball just would not go into the net.

It also didn't help that the ref (who helped LCFC beat us 2 years back), was helping Burnley to beat us. We were up against 12 men.

We were really unlucky, probably our most dominant display in a lot of ways and a lot of positives in how some players played. Darmian looked good, Pogba was pretty effective imo and Ibra/Mata showed a good understanding. Ibra though squandered some great opportunities and right now it really looks like we need to find a striker in their prime. Poor decision imo to take of Mata who I thought was our best player, I don't see what Rooney was going to offer that Mata wouldn't do better given their current form. I sort of got Fellaini for the set pices but then I think how many headers does he actually score?

Herrera sending off was a joke, he clearly slipped and there was no intention. But we kept going and like I said this was just a very unlucky result with their GK having one of those days. We need to get Ibra scoring again though.

Just when I thought we have turn a corner after beating city and playing burnley at home will do us good.... but again left dissapointed

Mourinho is a fraud
Mourinho is a fraud? How?

We had 40 attempts on goal and 20 fecking corners. Just one of those days where the ball just does not find the net.

I'm happy with the performance.

and, 75% possession. Burnley just gave up to have the ball, that is the reason of the so called total domination.

Unbelievable.

Nothing against the team... but just... unbelievable...

Zlatan however does ned to be dropped, I am in favour of Rashford up front or Martial being given a go in his supposedly favoured position.

On the bright side Pogba played some absolutely phenomenal balls.

I just cant believe nobody could finish them. Its beyond ridiculous. Some of these players are stealing a living.

Play the youngsters already. The likes of Ibra, Rooney etc. should be bench or squad players. The less we see of them the better.

Ibra's time to get dropped, we did everything correct today except for killing the game off.

Play Rashford up to with Martial and Miki on the flanks Mata at 10. It can't be any worse.

Not a good sign that 3 of our 4 highest paid footballers (Rooney, Ibra, Schweinsteiger) are pretty much albatrosses at this point.

That 2nd half free kick routine was pretty good. But out of everyone in the squad, why did it have to be Rooney pulling away to shoot? Would have preferred anyone but him.

We didn't play that badly. They parked it and made it difficult, and they put all their eggs in the set-piece basket. Every free kick they got, even in their own half, they launched it to the box. Those sorts of games are never fun to watch.

Taking Mata off was stupid though. He was our best player, I thought.

The game was crying out for a Hernandez type player.

The majority of the chances fell to Ibrahimovic and he couldn't score in a brothel at the moment. There need to be better goal-scoring options in the squad. You can't rely on just one or two finishers whose form might go at any time.

Almost 40 shots... A dozen on target... We've forgotten how to finish and Heaton was god on earth for 95 minutes.

Clattenberg can do one.

Such a weird game. You can't say we didn't play well. We created numerous chances, several of them begging to be scored and played entertaining football along the way. We were unlucky at times and other chances were wasted by poor finishing. Herrera's red was harsh and unlucky but that Mata sub was a terrible call by Mourinho. His game management has been a massive disappointment so far this season and I'm genuinly concerned by it.

This'll go down well, but the ref only really fecked up one call, which was sending Herrera off (for slipping? wtf?). Obviously this is a massive call as we were down to 10 men, so by all means he deserves all the stick he gets on that call alone. All our handball shouts were nonsense.

You could debate the Darmian penalty in the 1st half, but I don't it was clear cut either way.

How can you blame Mourinho? It's not his fault that we created about 30 chances and couldn't put one away
Last week it was how can you blame Jose when our defenders were crap

Now you can't blame him when our strikers are club

The results, formation, the players and how they play is the primary responsibility of the manager

Robbed - absolutely robbed. Keeper phenomenal, post, bar, poor finishing and an incompetent ref for some reason when it comes to us. So frustrating after playing so well.

Pogba was absolute class. We were a bit jinxed not to get the win.
Zlatan has to go away for a while. A long while. Wouldn't bother me if he didn't come back.

Can't believe we didn't win this. We battered them for most of the match, playing some great football.

Ibrahimovic has to take a lot of the blame, as you just can't be presented with so many chances and blow them all. It also feels so unfair when you have to face such an inspired goalkeeping performance like that. The Stoke keeper was bad enough but this was worse which is unbelievable.

It's such a shame we can't get any consistency with results but we desperatively need 4 or 5 wins on the bounce in the league because the top 4 is slowly slipping away. Plenty of football to play yet though.

I enjoyed the game. The only problem I have is with the constant substituting of Mata and leaving Ibra on for the full 90 every game.

I'd personally like to drive Ibra and Rooney to the airport, both are over the hill, yet we give them huge contracts, please just feck off.

Performance wise there are a lot of positives to take. We just need more quality from our wide players and some cool finishing

Because it was his decision to take of our best player and put on two shite plodders?
I didn't like that either, but we still created chances afterwards and were also down to 10 men through no fault of Jose's. The fact is we created more than enough to be comfortably winning before either of these things even happened

Horrendous finishing from this team, especially Zlatan. Special mention for Rooney who also missed a sitter. Mata should never have been off.

But seriously, the crowd needs to get on the back of Clattenburg and force him to make the decisions in our favour when we're so clearly getting screwed over.

This is for all those guys saying, "oh we are just 6 points away" Could not score 1 goal in about 38 attemts and call themselves professionals. Sick. This season is going to be a write off. Getting Fellaini for Mata and keeping Zlatan on when he had such a shite game, plus Rooney as well. Brilliant.

We had Zlatan, Rooney, Fellaini, Depay, Herrera red card. So in short, only 5 outfield players who could do something. Such a sad state of affairs.

I think that's it for the title. We are simply you going to drop more points than our rivals.

Need to refocus on top 4.
We've already refocused on top 4 mate.. If we can't win matches like this we won't get top 4.
