I don't buy the whole "Tyrion loves Daenerys" thing, it's stupid imo. A really solid episode, though.

How we got here this season was a little rushed and a tad clumsy but where we've arrived at, and where we're heading, while inevitable, is going to be fantastic (I hope). If we have to wait eighteen months for them to get it right then that's fine by me.

Robin, what did the hound mean with his conversation to his brother?

While Littlefinger's downfall was enjoyable, it's a bit annoying a manipulator as clever as him didn't see it coming. He should've ran a mile the moment Bran came out with that "Chaos is a ladder" quote.
At the same time, he's a southerner. He's always fought other men and women not kids with magical powers. He was a bit out of his depth and probably didn't realise the true extent of what Bran was.

I doubt it. He truly loves Dany. He wont betray her. Bringing down Jon would indirectly be bringing down Dany. He will just accept the fact and suck it up like he has done till now.
I think he'll just get more bitter if he sticks around. He went on a gruelling mission to cure himself to just come back and endure more up-close constant heartbreak, he surely must be questioning if it was even worth it. It's been alluded to since day 1 almost and I think it has to reach some kind of conclusion.

I still don't but that Jon and Daenerys are an item. The only reason it makes sense is cause of their genes. Chemistry still lacking.

Jaime on yet another redemption arc but I love it. Really thought he was a goner there.

To be honest it was so long ago in the episode and before so many amazing events that I've already forgotten it happened.

I mean he will understand there is something bigger in play with the Great War. Maybe he dies and we get our answer.

I think their chemistry has improved over the season - and to be fair to the two of them, they've had half the time to do twice the character building, so they've done as well as they could imo. I still can't believe Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke have shot a naked scene together, though, haha. That was ridiculous fanservice at its best.

I was in awe of the ice dragon at the end but did Tormund and Beric out-run the part of the wall that fell or did they go down with it?

You just know that The Golden Company are going to show levels next season.

I still think Stannis' army when he destroyed the Wildlings was the greatest formation ever witnessed in HD.

Perhaps he really does support her cause as much as he claims. He's known as Ser friendzone for a reason though. I reckon he'll reach a point where he wont want to feel permanently gutted any more and nothing else will matter to him. Love is powerful!

The amount of people who are calling me Robin... I feel bad. It's just Rob.

"Rob in a microwave" is how the name goes.

But him trying to do something to Jon after all this will cause Dany to just straight up have him murdered.

If it comes to it, they still wont stand a chance against the dragons.

Mountain was responsible for trying to kill the Hound when he was a kid (hence the burns). They hate each other and Hounds been wanting to kill the Mountain since Season 1.
I know their back story, just seemed like more to it. Why not kill him there and then.

Dont think it was too clear. I think they out ran it as the wall didnt fully go down, right? It was just a big part in the middle that allowed the forces of the undead to go through.

Yeah, I like it. Its improved a lot over the season. But tbf, the chemistry was not meant to be there in their first meeting given it was a lil icy. I think the progression was good.

Dany needs to call Daario back tbh.

Already been mentioned, but the Jamie and Cersei scene was fantastic. All throughout I was thinking, yeah, she wont kill him. Then I got to a point where I was thinking
Shit they gonna have mountain kill him right now. And when Cersei nodded, I thought, shit, its going to happen, then it didnt happen.

It was so well done.

Man, season 8 is going to be fecking epic. The way they've left it I just don't think it can fail.

The only plot line they have to tie off that's a bit less significant is Theon and Yara.

Does he manage more Dothraki at Meereen or just the Second Sons?
Not sure about Dothraki. Defo the second sons iirc.
How many in second sons?

Ahhh ffs, this wait until the final season (or second half of the final season if you will), is going to be agonizing.
