Fans should stop giving Ballbag exposure. We all know his true colours and there's no point in bringing his tweets here as they add nothing beneficial to the discussion. I consider him irrelevant and he's a little man.
This 100% we are only giving him the attention he clearly craves.

On Sanchez never would I of thought(before January) we'd be in with a shot, not only in with a shot looking more and more likely we will get him.Hopefully we can get this tied up in time for registration deadline Friday.

I’m seriously flirting with the thought of trying to arrange a little group that can take shifts outside the airport or Carrington when I (presumably) move to Manchester in a few years, just to keep the caf updated.
That'd be great  Get the cafe a YouTube channel, should be pretty hilarious during transfer season.

The responses to his tweets are hilarious though. He's being called out as a fraud and hypocrite publically on Twitter and it is satisfying.

It's not an italian transfer so he's always going to be saying less about it. He's too professional to wildly tweet nothing updates.

Raiola is the one feeding him info on this deal. Raiola said 2 days ago that he proposed the Mkhi-sanchez swap 6 weeks ago. Everything has been Raiola briefing journos, or City briefing to save face.
Yes , looks like it. Raiola trying to get the best deal for Mkhi and few millions for himself. Dragging this too long, he risks loosing one of his biggest customers.

I think they've been flummoxed by the nature of the (supposedly) straight swap. Football journos are basically transfer journos these days, and if there isn't a fee to push they start finding whatever other figures they can to massage and inflate.

City will be laughing at how we are being painted black over this move.
They didn't even have to break sweat.

I hope they never earn the right to receive the amount of vitriol we do.

And still nothing has happened, yet the thread has grown by another 50 pages since the last time I checked. What do you muppets talk about all day in here?
A vast majority of the messages are from posters like you asking why are there so many messages

Absolutely embarrassing how the media are selling this story.

The deal all of a sudden costs “100+ million” due to wages/signing bonuses/etc but if City got him, it would be “the greatest free transfer in Premier League history”... feck off.

On the other hand, I’m delighted the fear and hatred is back. It’s stuff like this that made me fall in love with United in the first place.

They are hilarious. Trust me I'm enjoying his meltdown more than anyone but I think his tweets are there to trigger a reaction and it's like he wants to have the final word by constantly bringing up the subject. It's better to pretend he doesn't exist and then he'll lose credibility quickly that way.

I doubt we'd stop dealing with Raiola just because he dragged out a deal. He's too big a personality in the footballing world to have as your enemy. And you can hardly blame him for trying to get a good deal for Mkhi as well, that is his job after all.

TBF SAF didn't want to do business with him iirc. Jose is hardly any more forgiving. Not saying it'll happen mind, it's the agent's job.

I'd argue when it comes to working with agents, Jose is much more forgiving than SAF was. He has a personal relationship with a couple of them. I take your point though, SAF was certainly not one to be bullied by agents, and I reckon if he was still our manager he would have pulled the plug on this deal by now and looked elsewhere.

Wow didn't think mourinho is highly rated out there
By non deluded people he is highly rated.

Since Arsenal last won the league, Mourinho won it twice with Chelsea (including record points total) went to Inter and won the treble, won the league in Spain by toppling Barca, then came back to England and won the league again followed by the Europa league.

I think many Arsenal fans would enjoy the success that Mourinho brings, even if they don't like him.

It's not Mourinho is more forgiving but he's more modern in his approach with modern transfer. He understands the role of agent more than SAF. Raiola is doing his job getting the best possible contract for Mkhi, but also doing us a favor in ridding Mkhi off our wage bill. We don't have to go through the phase of having to find gametime (while not upset other players) to let Mkhi showcasing his ability for future buyer as well as other round of negotiations while paying his wage until somebody pick him off our hands. We had problem under SAF for severely selling players under market value by not utilizing agents' ability as outlet for our outgoing players most of the time.
