Anyone else slightly worried that Sanchez' poor form this season wasn't just down to unhappiness, and he's actually peaked early a la Rooney and we'll be stuck with him on mega wages for the last couple of years of his deal?

No? Just me being neurotic? Good...
Not a chance. Rooney is a fat pisshead. Sanchez actually looks after himself, he'll last a good number of years yet.

Still can't quite believe we're signing him, without doubt the best attacking player we've signed since RVP

What a thread mate. It has everything - hope, humour, inappropriate humour, romance , numerology. Everything.

Work permit for Alexis as well. I cant see anybody being available on a Sunday to sort that out at. You know what Government Departments are like.
Isnt he already covered having been at arsenal? He'd have had one for while he was there for a set period that won't have expired yet surely?

IMO it's not only we got Alexis but also we took him from under City's noses. That's what makes this signing more sweeter.

We're signing a player ordinarily rated at around £70m in exchange for swapping him with someone who can't even get game time for us. The awesomeness of this deal is massively under appreciated.
And not just that value, he's a player we'd have had no chance getting in a normal contracted scenario, as he was so key to Arsenal!

You need a new one when you change clubs. It's different than the normal work permits that someone coming to work here in a profession such as Nursing would need.
