Can HBO go back to making The Wire/Sopranos level crime/drama shows? Feck sci-fi and fantasy. There, I said it.

I'm sure it's been mentioned but Sinner was probably the best new show i watched 2017.

Not sure if anyone's recommended this yet, but just started Godless last night, a bit slow and nearly switched it off, but towards the end of the episode i started to get into it so going to stick with it and watch EP2 tonight.

Mentioned before, but Arrested Development is excellent.

Modern Family is a decent sitcom for a while (though nowhere near as good as those mentioned). Veep is a lot of fun, as is Brooklyn Nine Nine. Have you watched The Office UK also?

Yep have seen MF, Arrested Development. Not seen Veep or The Office (UK) so will check those out. Also thanks to the guys above, heard of 30 Rock so was going to try that too.

Sanctity, like a cat, abhors filth.
Got the last episode of Manhunt:Unabomber tonight. Cant wait. Enjoying it more than I thought I would (not that I thought I wouldnt like it).

I watched Mindhunter before this and thought I might experience a bit of serial killer fatigue, but Manhunt is way better than Mindhunter, for me.

I just watched the first episode of Happy!. First few minutes I was a bit unsure, but stuck with it and really enjoyed it.

Castlevania Season 1. Trevor Belmont and Alucard.

It made me start playing Symphony of the Night again. Can't wait for Season 2 and for goodness sake, please include the Bloody Tears soundtrack.

I gave up on Ray Donovan midway through season 4. Someone told me to pick it up and I'm very glad I did. Season 5 is possibly the best season of any show that I've seen.

Not sure if it's been mentioned before yet but if you don't have an aversion to any of the actors in it - the wife and I quite enjoyed Friends from College (comedy). Particularly Fred Savage's character was quite amusing. Again - if you don't like one of the actors tho you probably won't like it as they all play to their typical type of humor.
