I don't know what will happen in the next months, but he's the first manager after SAF that knows where he is, and what's this all about. Congratulations to Ole after this amazing start.
My dream is that he keeps doing well. Big tests ahead but I'm hoping. He's the right fit in so many ways, but we need to see how he does when things are against him.

Early days and easy to get excited, but we shouldn't get carried away too much. That's just guaranteeing disappointment.

The first big test will be against Spurs. Then we can really see whether he is a potential long-term manager for us.
It's easy to get carried away but this is what we want to see. A couple of good results against the top sides and it's a no brainer. I didn't expect it to be this good. The last time we played Bournemouth I honestly wished we could play the way they played that day, today we swept them aside, not sure how any other manager could improve on this. Top 4 and a SF of the CL and he should get the job.
I think Newcastle away would be a decent test against a stubborn team and good manager before the spurs game.

The start we've made under OGS has been brilliant but I'd still be against giving him the job permanently. We need a proper reboot in the summer and as Neville said, the new manager and DoF need to be the best available.

- De Gea playing it short and not hoofing
- Center backs playing from the back
- Full backs playing high
- Matic can play football
- Two midfielders attacking the box and not two defending it
- Chase goals and not protecting leads
- The best central mid in the world enjoys playing football
- Actually playing to the strengths of our attacking talent
- Etc.
Just a world of difference.

It's a bit delicate though. Good manager is one thing but he needs to come in and embrace the club completely. We've had experienced managers all want to do their own thing, and look where it landed us? Just such a difficult role this one.

I have no clue whether he's fit to be the permanant United manager and whether his tactical/squad building abilities are up to scratch. But one thing is for sure - Ole sets us up with a positivity and mentality that befits this football club, and that's great to see.

I heard it a lot. Which were those games?
Because I remember some of his first games were pretty shit and us needing to grind out some results with some late goals. And, the attacking play was never that smooth in those games. At all.
Yes, its' just 3 games, but there is clearly more to this than a new manager bounce. Just seems like the tactics fit the players' natural strengths like a glove and the football is both effective and the most entertaining in the league. Obviously we have to see how Ole's in-game management is during big games like PSG, but so far he looks very savvy.
Even if we go down with him, atleast we will go down swinging.
I know many of us want to get Poch but I can't see the difference if Ole can get us playing nice football, winning a lot of games playing with winning form and finish the season with 75-80+ points. Only advantage Poch has is experience and on other hands, Ole may be considered for long-term as long as we keep progressing every season in the future and give top team tough games. Ole love the club and want us to do well.
Keep Ole as the coach for the good feel factor and positivity. Give him the best brains in football to work alongside as coaches and reboot the scouting team. See how this goes before embarking on a complete change and new beginnings again.

We're scoring loads and doing it in style (we had a brief period scoring a few 4s at the start of last season, but not in the same style)
Give him the role full time with mike as assistant. It’s amazing what a bit of positivity and positive mentality can do, he’s had 3 winnable games but he’s won them with ease, he will do great for us between now and end of season and he will hang over any other new Man as the managerial super sub. He knows the club, the fans and players love him, he has their support and he supports the players. Mike etc provide the tactical nouse and we are good to go. Let’s get behind him
