Only 2 more years to go for the testimonial.Should be shipped off in the summer.

We signed him in 2011 for £18m and Arturo Vidal joined Juventus the same summer for €9m.Only 2 more years to go for the testimonial.
He wants the ball, always has his hands down like 'why aren't you passing it?', but once he gets the ball he can't wait to get rid of it, be it hoof it down the field or pass/cross it blindly hoping it hits a team-mate. When you're not looking where you're sending balls you generally miss most of your passes and 99% of your crosses, which co-incide with his stats. Also there is another thing he is doing on regular basis, when we switch a play on the right, he sometimes gets in situation where he has acres of space and enough time for a cross but for some reason he starts moving towards a defender closer and closer, which usually leads to a block, weird.
I'd rather put Romero at right back! Or even Jones! This fecking guy. Could have sworn the Caf was exaggerating about how poor he was while reading some of the posts on here. Then I saw the game. Shat himself every time the ball came his way. Either he’s the biggest fecking coward to ever put on the shirt or his legs are completely gone. Either way, will be very disappointed if Ole trusts him again. Rather see Smalling play right back ffs.
Having a poor match, but will improve, I'm certain of it!
Everyone in here does not agree on that. It's just that the 'upset side' yells loudest. So why is it so obvious to us fans that Young is clearly not fit to wear a United jersey let alone be our captain but Ole keeps starting him every match? What is wrong with our club? How come we're now championing mediocrity?
If Ole is going to keep on picking this clown then Man United will never return to the top.
Well he can occasionally. He looks ok against the lesser sides generally. Darmian would still look like the worst player on the pitch if we were playing against Doncaster Rovers.Except Young can’t fecking Cross.
He's not the best option we have, Dalot is. And Dalot needs to be playing in his best position not as a LWB just to accommodate Young in the team.Everyone in here does not agree on that. It's just that the 'upset side' yells loudest.
He is the best option we have this year. However, we definitely need a new RB this summer but for now, he is our best option. Its not like Dalot is on the bench so who would you rather use?
Was thinking of making a thread to ask, should we play Laird ahead of Young now? I don't see how he can be any worse, and would be good to use the tail end of the season to see how near he is to being able to step up.He's not the best option we have, Dalot is. And Dalot needs to be playing in his best position not as a LWB just to accommodate Young in the team.
Honestly, I don't think Laird or O'Connor will do worse than what this guy is doing.
You can't tell me you enjoy watching us play with Young in the side as he continously fecks up our attack and treats the ball as if it were a time bomb. Just look at the difference Semedo made for Barca and then look at what Captain Fantastic has been serving us routinely.
We're going nowhere as a club if this guy is continously picked.
And this is my last post of the day so nice day bro.
You look at the clubs Vidal has played for and Ashley Young is still here, putting useless crosses in after all this time. That Fulham game still haunts me. Surely they can see this, surely they saw the stats from last night, surely there isn't someone on that coaching staff who is saying Ashley just had an off night. We signed him in 2011 for £18m and Arturo Vidal joined Juventus the same summer for €9m.
It makes you want to weep and we're still here with Jones, Young and Valencia...Why do we insist on keeping dross? I'm tired of this great servant crap. Barca had the courage to tell Xavi and Iniesta to move on. We just keep offering dross new contracts.
We even offered Young an extension long before the season ended. It makes you want to weep and we're still here with Jones, Young and Valencia...
And there were people on here saying it was a good ideaWe even offered Young an extension long before the season ended.
They phased them out well, Xavi spent his last season on the bench basically and Iniesta was subbed very often. They weren't "main players" for sure. Young is our captain and starts every gameWhy do we insist on keeping dross? I'm tired of this great servant crap. Barca had the courage to tell Xavi and Iniesta to move on. That's my point. We run these players until they aren't fit for purpose. They phased them out well, Xavi spent his last season on the bench basically and Iniesta was subbed very often. They weren't "main players" for sure. Young is our captain and starts every game
I agreed with you. We are running our old players to the groundThat's my point. We run these players until they aren't fit for purpose.
He had only two seasons under Fergie and his second season was horrible. His first year was decent but that's all.Had a couple of good seasons under Fergie.
But even during the Moyes season, I used to groan when I saw his name in the starting line-up because of how shit he'd gotten.
That was five years ago. And he's still here.
And he's our captain.
Yep in both Jones and Young cases they said how it makes sense. And there were people on here saying it was a good idea
