Just about to get started! Buzzing, been waiting so long for this.
That actor is fantasticEpisode 5 lads is just. I do wish had more of kemper. Dude is just unsettling to listen too.
Kemper conversations are good. Overall second season is really good. Better than 1.Episode 5 lads is just. I do wish had more of kemper. Dude is just unsettling to listen too.
I always feel like Bill wants to dropkick him over next-door's fence.Bill's sons storyline is getting annoying.
Same. Loved the first season because of ed Kemper. Didn't have the same spark. Still good thoughFinished the binge last. Preferred the 1st season.
it's never a good sign when Netflix have such a big gap between first and second seasons, sadly a lot of those shows never see a third season, hopefully this does.Hope we don't have to wait two years for the next season.
It's got plenty of material and true crime is the hottest selling binge entertainment.it's never a good sign when Netflix have such a big gap between first and second seasons, sadly a lot of those shows never see a third season, hopefully this does.
That's it! I couldn't for the life of me think who he reminds me of.Funnily enough, while the characters' peers inevitably ask "What's *Killer X* really like?" and so on, for me Holden is the most psychologically interesting character in the show. Deliberately or not - on the part of the show's creators - there's a Will Graham vibe about him; Holden could easily be 'turned', I think, and this troubles him even if only subconsciously.
I think they struggle to fill the gaps when the gang aren't interviewing killers or aren't involved in a 'live' case.I really enjoyed the 2nd season but wish they would have stuck to the real stuff.
The part where Bill Tench's son is a psychopath is simply not needed (considering nothing like that happened in real life).
I agree, Wendy's personal arc was also a bit pointless, as were large parts of Holden's in season 1.I think they struggle to fill the gaps when the gang aren't interviewing killers or aren't involved in a 'live' case.
My first comment was that it's horrible to know that if it was 1 or 2 white children then the city of Atlanta and the United States would have ran through walls to solve the problem. It really was horrible (but not surprising) how they let $ and politics get in the way of protecting these children.I love how people are criticising the Atlanta killings storyline. This season is more important than season one. The attention to the case is not only a brave move but an important one. There were so many children abducted and killed, it simply didn't have the exposure other serial killers get. It really was a forgot case and I applaud Fincher and the writers to leave question marks over it. I think this season showed the political struggle within the US. I'm sure the numbers wouldn't have been as high if the families were listened to earlier.
