Awful result for both managers if it stays as it is.

It was on purpose like a revenge and not a good one. Should ban to make an example. Even son would not have thought ending up like that. But no sympathy to son there.

This doesn't make sense. Not all injuries are the result of malice.
He fouled him which caused his leg to break, Son broke the laws of the game which resulted in a serious injury to a fellow professional. Yeah poor Son though most feel really hard done by...

Can we sack Poch yet?

Because the only reason we’re even level is because Iwobi fecked up. Haven’t created a single thing as a team.

The system is completely broken.

"Nothing wrong"? It was a shit tackle. You do see plenty of shit tackles every week but they're still shit tackles.
It was a yellow card. If aurier doesn’t come in after he’s not injured simple. You see tactical fouls like that all the time. I feel like you’re just being overly emotional because it’s a Spurs player.

Perhaps watch the replay again?

What? His whole leg is turned that way, it’s completely normal at that point
This is the first impact, his leg breaks later when he collides into Aurier.

His metatarsal bones are all broken in the pic I posted above, and later his tarsal goes when he runs into Aurier.

It looks like Aurier. His challenge fecking awful now I see it again, so far from the ball.
Yeah looking at it from a different angle I think for sure it's Aurier. After Son tackles him his foot was already in an awkward position but footage shows at that point it's still intact, until Aurier charged in with his studs.

Son is the type of player anyone would want in their side. A player who gets fouled and then gets straight up and stuck back in is revered by his own fans and trying to paint him as some sort of bad egg because of an unfortunate injury is poor form in my book.

I don't want to see players with tenacity and desire phased out of the game so we can see sterile, boring play by numbers types who never make a mistake but never get stuck in either. Occasionally injuries will happen and sometimes they are because dirty players are scumbags. This wasn't one of those times - it was just unfortunate.

People calling him a cnut and the like are bang of order I reckon.

Actually, it looks like it might happen in between them both.

Look at his ankle in the moment he steps away from the 'challenge' before he reaches Aurier. He definitely falls on it awkwardly. Really hard to tell though.

An unnecessary tackle led to someone breaking a leg.. any foul that isnt needed is shit. Pushing people around or kicking people to get even is not fine.

feck Son and anyone sympathising with that cnut.

@Amadaeus , let's hope this tide continues from the Spurs fans. We need them to voice said opinion at games now

I'm not emotional at all. I said earlier that it should be a yellow card and Son should not get any abuse.

I took issue with you saying "there was nothing wrong with that tackle at all", when it was a foul.

You can't blame this on Poch
Oh yes I fecking can.

Been absolutely dire. Oh Eriksen’s coming off now is he Poch? fecking fantastic. Wonderful.

As a team we create nothing. Everton have been the better side, why do you think that is? A 17th placed side.

The football is dreadful, we’re a terrible team all round and didn’t deserve to be winning anyway. That’s because the coaching at the club has gone totally stale and Poch is absolutely clueless.

Yeah.. Broken legs kinda bother me. Realized that post was way over the top and deleted it right away.. Not soon enough I guess.

Everton got stitched up by the ref in this game, Spurs are lucky to escape with a draw.

That’s two points dropped.

Should have had a handball penalty and the goal we gave them was from a dumb mistake. Richarlison had a bunch of chances too. We just need a bit of luck and we will be fine.

Ahead of Spurs. Just 4 behind Arsenal.

Get a striker and a midfielder.. and get Pogba fit. Top 4 is ON.

And no win for spurs away from home since Jan..
