Update from Sam Luckhurst - Pogba was pictured leaving his house with his driver this morning, summed it up as probably to go to Carrington for treatment or training 
Not sure why Paul Pogba is still a discussion. Yes he’s a very talented footballer ( when he can be bothered or when fit) but let’s be honest he is a parasite to our club. He could easily shut his agent up by a, telling him to wind his neck in or b, sack him. But he chooses to say nothing and continue the negative press towards the club with the questions always being will he leave in the window? is he fit? has he travelled?. Bored of the bloke to be honest, he should just feck off and take that leach of an agent with him. He’s a luxury player that just isn’t suited to our club and not suited to the league. He’s like having a really fit girlfriend that’s high maintenance. Oh and he is on around 300k per week.

He posted 7 hours ago that he was in his car, and his wife has posted something with her location in London.
It's fair to say he probably IS in London. Whether he will play or not though is hard to know, but just because he didn't travel down last night doesn't mean he isn't coming.
On his way to Carrington according to Sam lockhurst and the mrs tweet was apparently an old one which means not in London to me.

When you come back from a long term injury strains and tears and knocks are very common.

They've obviously prepped a piece which says something along the lines of his refusal to play. That they're waiting for the team sheet, would suggest they don't have complete faith in any sources.
The whole situation reeks but I doubt what they write, there's any evidence of...we shall see I guess.
