Go to the hospital if it reaches 40 or if it remains on the same level and she feels dizzy, not well and so on.My 3 year old daughter seems to have it (or the flu).
Dry cough and fever for 2 days now. 2 hours ago we messed 39,3 fever. Worrying.

Go to the hospital is literally the worst advice. Call 111 if symptoms escalate, they will tell you where to go and meet hospital staff OR send an ambulance with paramedics prepared for the disease. I'm a bit dismayed that my mum and dad don't really see the issue with their golf club sending out an e-mail saying the show must go on, and the bar and cafe are open as normal, just with extra precaution. That doctor is spot on. I’m honestly surprised that this needs to be pointed out to people. It’s basic fecking common sense.
What about the long terms impacts this virus may have? Lets say we return to normal after a month, more and more people catch it, what happens to the NHS? What about the deaths from the virus? Are we certain that younger people will not make up the mortality numbers as well? What about suicides and depression from losing loved ones? Will this not have an impact on the economy? We can't just ignore one problem in a bid to avoid another.Very much this! I've been trying to say similar for nearly two weeks but couldn't word it correctly without sounding insensitive so didn't bother.
What people don't seem to factor in is long term austerity and the breakdowns/suicide's from being stuck indoors will cost a lot more lives than this virus would in the long run, if this is a long or even medium term thing some sustainable balance being found is beyond crucial.
I think this is where the UK government's policy was fundamentally flawed. Humans in a democratic society are always going to go for the 'life at all costs' option. The idea that some of the population can be sacrificed for the good of the rest is never going to float, even if it causes more harm long term.Very much this! First pregnant woman in Portugal to deliver whilst infected witg coronavirus was two days ago. So far the baby has tested negative.Wasn’t there a case in the UK the other day though were a new born and mother both had it?
They were trying to find out if the baby was infected in the womb or pretty soon after delivery from the mum
Shocking. It really is.Many people willing to nobly sacrifice other people so they can continue their own lifestyles as normal as soon as possible
Worry not they said they are not trying to be insensitive. Many people willing to nobly sacrifice other people so they can continue their own lifestyles as normal
I work in one and expected this, schools been setting up digital learning so work can be emailed. Theres been under a half of kids in all week anyway.Welsh schools closing by Friday.
Good news and follows what has happened else where, the virus soon dies once the baby is born.First pregnant woman in Portugal to deliver whilst infected witg coronavirus was two days ago. So far the baby has tested negative.
My daughter has kept her 2 boys out since monday , 1 in pre school the other with other medical issues . She is also expecting again so I told her to do it .Welsh schools closing by Friday.
I suspect many countries won't be able to and will rely on others. There will be no better investment any country can make in the near future than creating a vaccination programme for this disease. Any country not doing that won't be worth living in.

I don't blame you one bit.My daughter has kept her 2 boys out since monday , 1 in pre school the other with other medical issues . She is also expecting again so I told her to do it .
In NI heard from a principle of my daughters school that he doesn't expect to be open next week, id say the lockdown stage will start. Also I am a Civil Servant and have been told not to expect to be closing but we have all signed up to a text service for updates in work on evenings and weekends.I work in one and expected this, schools been setting up digital learning so work can be emailed. Theres been under a half of kids in all week anyway.
Brings a tear to the eye. Many people willing to nobly sacrifice other people so they can continue their own lifestyles as normal as soon as possible
Wildlife is a factor in the number of diseases the animals are harbouring.clearly the wildlife trade is a factor as it's one of the reasons there are so many species there
Anyone watch PMQ’s? What was your verdict if so?
In some ways, it's actually better that their outdoors rather than locked up.Theyll close schools and all your local towns will be rammed with teenagers. I cant see any scenario where they stayed locked in home all day. It just wont happen
Will no one think of the sheep? Is there a social distancing plan for that?Welsh schools closing by Friday.
He doesn't even have the best tests. We have the best tests. Beautiful tests. Conducted by medical staff!!!Johnson has no plan, he really is still winging this.
He claimed first that testing was being ramped up to 10,000 a day.
Then, the very next question, he said 25,000 tests a day.
I don't care what your politics are, this is not a man who can deal with the situation the country is in.
I'm ashamed to say I voted tories but whatever confidence I had in him is gone.Johnson has no plan, he really is still winging this.

We have only five legal reasons to leave the house: Go to work, go to groceries stores, for medical reasons, for family emergencies and to walk dogs or individual physical activities. What's the situation like in France in terms of movement? I know they're under lockdown but what does that mean specifically?
You should obviously be complying with whatever national guidance you have, but most countries are letting people go outside for exercise and mental health. It's the social interaction that needs to be limited. I think if I needed some fresh air, I'd be driving somewhere fairly remote, as we long we would be allowed to get there.
I just came across a few people walking their dogs and people pretty much walk away from each other. Even the usual faces I see and stop to exchange a few words, we just nodded from a distance. If someone on the street happen to walk near you and sneeze/cough (without mask), you may still get this.
I wonder how many people are in the same mind frame nowI'm ashamed to say I voted tories but whatever confidence I had in him is gone.
While I disagree with tory politics, this is about Johnson really.I'm ashamed to say I voted tories but whatever confidence I had in him is gone.
Do the tests really matter anymore at this point? In Belgium it's not officially at 1.4k but they've long ago stopped testing everyone, and they reckon the actual number of infections is ten times that. I've got a friend who literally has all the symptons but she got told they wouldn't do a test on her anymore, she should just sweat it out in self-quarantaine at home (she's 24) and only go to the hospital if it got worse. The Uk's response has been appalling.
I think I read earlier than in Ireland we've done 5 or 6 x times the testing per capita as the UK.
How is that even possible?
Honestly I'm amazed, your government continues to do such an awful job with everything that it always seems to make our government look really competent in comparison.
How often are you actively being stopped? We have only five legal reasons to leave the house: Go to work, go to groceries stores, for medical reasons, for family emergencies and to walk dogs or individual physical activities.
When we go out we need to fill an attestation with the reason for breaking the lockdown, our name, birthdate and address. There is an other form that is given by your employer attesting that you work for him.
Yeah it's pretty cool, not just the photos the whole vibe you get. Sometimes it's almost surreal to stand in a busy avenue where you have cars passing by non-stop and hundreds of people every hour of the day, and you can hear birds chirping, something you'd never associate with the city center. My friend is a photographer in Florence and he does just this. He has some incredible photos of landmarks that would otherwise be populated by people.
He has got a plan. He wants a cross party response to all the issues and all the other parties are in agreement. Stop saying he can't deal with the situation in the country. Everybody knows it's an impossible situation and headless chicken comments don't help.Johnson has no plan, he really is still winging this.

I completely disagree. As not really a BoJo fan he has come across very well so far in his statements and is following the best scientific advice he's being given.Johnson has no plan, he really is still winging this.
