Better we got knocked out by Sevilla than went to the final and get humiliated by Sanchez and Lukaku... We'd never hear the fecking end of it.
Having watched them tonight, I don't think that would have been the case, regardless of whether they're winning 4-0 or not.

You see the difference having front men that can put the ball away makes everything look so easy, we’ll get like that some day too
Good job we don't have a front 3 who have been rattling in goals of late.

Look we missed chances last night. But have put away loads since lockdown. We just chose our moment like we always do

Very good performance from Inter, classic Conte.

Shame no Utd Inter final, would be better for the neutral and probably pretty amusing here...

Believe it or not but Lukaku actually scored more goals than Messi this season. Messi scored 31, Lukaku scored 33.

Inter play exactly like Wolves and the type of game we'll see in the final will be very similar to Sevillva vs Wolves, in my opinion. Think Inter will be harder to break down, though, and they provide a better goal threat with Lukaku and Martinez. Will be an interesting final.

And he'd never have done that in the PL or Spain. Serie A has been really poor this season

All things considered I'm happy for Lukaku to find himself at Inter and play well. I never get the reason to be bitter about our ex and enjoying their failure.

While I had problems with Lukaku in his last season and don't have a problem with us replacing him with Martial now as it worked, there's still a reason he's valued by some top class coaches like Conte. He's a good striker but was just not a good fit here. Happy to see him shining with Inter.

Lukaku dominates. We miss having him in our squad.
He's a pretty poor footballer all things considered but he's such an excellent goalscorer and I think that's what United are still lacking. Martial is a much better player than him but I don't think he's clinical enough to be your main striker. Lukaku would've scored the chances Martial missed last night, for example, although the flip side is he wouldn't have played the lovely pass Martial did for the penalty win.

This is just simply objectively false.

Lukaku looks in the same shape as he was at Everton and is utilising the things that made him great with us - power (in his pace and drive) which is due to him being in lean shape. Bulking up at United was the worst mistake and cost him a season of his career. I miss him in this form. :(

His last 2 seasons with Everton he scored 25 and 26. His first season with United he scored 27.

In fact, United's second season is his worst one in his career. He scored in it less than what he scored in his WBA loan.
