Sissoko didn't even play....Spurs were good - Son, Lucas, Deli and Sisoko very good.
City didn't have the bottle or passion for that type of game.
Really entertaining and great refereeing throughout.

Strange prejudice there.Tottenham diving, faking injury and wasting time like a Bulgarian Europa League-team, now I remember why I hate most of their players.

Great start to the season.
It’s a massive win, in front of their home fans for first time in 15 months, first game under a new manager with loads of doubts going into the seasonSpurs celebrating like they've won the league.

Great start to the season.
They’ll score 10 against Watford and a few 5 or 6’s against Burnley or Norwich.+5 goals better off than City.
Might? They totally did. Catching City with no Kane, no Stones/Walker/De Bruyne/Foden, and with Grealish still settling in.Impressive from Spurs, might've caught City before they really get up and running but can't fault the effort, organisation and execution of the game plan.
That's when he's at his best though.
Not used to playing in front of a big crowd.
Love that huge stand with no tiers. This stadium is huge. Looks spectacular.
That’s how they started last season. I’m not sure they’ll be able to get away with being so casual this season.City played well for fifteen minutes. Didn't get a goal but played the rest of the match like they were 2-0 up.
Spurs did well to pick their moments. However, Mendy is an abject defender. Ake inspires no confidence either.
He has a great record vs Pep in fairness, his teams are Pep kryptonite.I can't stand Nuno teams, but I'm delighted it's worked for him today. Seems a good bloke.
Agreed, it was great to see. Legit tackles being allowedGood refereeing as well. Made that game look like the English game of the early 2000s.
He was excellentI meant Sanchez
the americanization of the sport is well underway10 games, 10 wins/losses, 0 draws. Nice.
I'm sure Castles will point this out on his podcast like he does how much Maguire cost, all the f-ing timeThat'll be the last we see of Mendy this season
And Ake. It's fine though they only cost £100m between them.
