City had 2, 3 good chances in first 25 mins or so but then it was terrible. Just lacked energy and creativity, KDB was their best player in those 15 mins. But like I said before: faster games ==> City struggle. Also they play Arsenal, Leicester, Chelsea and Liverpool in next six so this could be a tough, tough season. Anyway, Mendy+Ake+Ferran had maybe two good games in their City careers combined.
KDB came as a sub and was not so effective.

Amazing performance from Tottenham. This is what having a great plan and determination looks like. They also have a great manager.

Who is meant to be the £100 million player, Moura or Grealish?

Moura looked a different level.

Levy is licking his lips now and adding 30M on top of the price for Kane.

Mendy looked like a bloke off the street that won a make-a-wish opportunity to play in a PL game. So unathletic, so lethargic, so bizarrely horrible. How was he not hooked at halftime? He's clearly injured or incredibly out of shape

Impressive from Spurs, might've caught City before they really get up and running but can't fault the effort, organisation and execution of the game plan.

There’s going to be some knee-jerk reactions about City after this but you can’t write them off.
Yep. Football fans are hilariously fickle and into recency bias, but you only have to look a whole...one season back to see their dreadful start and how they quickly powered back.

Still a bit gutted we missed out on Lucas Moura. I know he didnt go on to be the superstar he looked like he could be, but who knows what would of happened here at Utd.

Looks like city are going to go and spend 150 mil on Kane now. The only place they need squad depth is upfront and they don’t have it  They go out buying 20 defenders and creative players when they need a striker.

Fair play to Spurs. Thought they'd get spanked the way they started the game but they were great after that. I'd say the after party in the cheese room is gonna be lit.

Tyler accusing Grealish of being a diver. Typical from him.
No, he said he was accusing Moura of "buying" the foul, when Grealish is the biggest buyer of fouls in the league.
Buying a foul not being the same as diving.

 City. Looked like winning like 5 going by the opening 20 and end up losing. Their attack was rubbish.

Brilliant performance from Spurs. Very encouraging
You guys were very good once you got over the initial 20 minutes. More attacking than I've seen from Nuno's teams in the past too.
