Bruno and Rashford were a especially bad. McFred seems to be doing the job. Once the attackers sort out their shit, it will be a different Utd.

Well we knew it was going to take a while for us to get going under the new system but Ragnick seems to addressed the most worrying issue conceding goals! 2 clean sheets in a row from the first team

3 pts, thats about it.

Performance wise its crap, not good enough, if decision was made to grind results because they cant copy style from training ground, then i am heavy against that, rather see them attempting to play football instead of this Ole drivel ( minus clean sheet ). If they cant perform or run due him running them into the ground on training pitch, then thats different matter.

We would have been much better if our top two upfront weren't having a shit game. And bruno behind them wasn't any better.

Otherwise we were fine.

Wait till cavani plays upfront then we'll be a different team because he can hold the ball and makes some fecking runs instead of standing still like rashford, plus he's deadlier in front of goal.

DDG, Lindelof, McTominay and Fred were good.

Just fecking win I guess. Ralf needs a few weeks to implement his system.

I thought Fred was MotM to be fair. I think the saves from DDG were fairly routine for him.

Ronaldo, Fernandes and Rashford were all shocking. Rashford was so, so bad. Lucky we got away with it.

Classic smash and grab performance but an away clean sheet and 3 points. Ralf needs to be ruthless with our under-performing players. McFred and De Gea excellent against a surprisingly good Norwich.....

That was probably the worst 90 minutes of passing I've ever seen.

Slightly concerning we just stuck with the formation that was seeing us get completely ran around.

Big 3 points though. Siuuu and all that

Clean sheet and 3 points. Front four are the weakest link right now; each taking turns to kill an attack with a careless pass.

Poor performance but we got the points.

Feels like he dropped the instruction to press to focus on passing. It's the only part of our play today where you can say we tried to do something different.

Not to be that “that guy” but no improvement from Solskjaer, despite what people want to see.

What worried me is that we weren't pressing at all. Would Ralf purposely would've told the team not to press? Or players are not following his orders as usually. Something is very missing here and needs to be addressed asap.
Norwich players were pressing and hunting in packs.
The moment a MUFC player had the ball, he'd get tackled by a yellow shirt and they'd attack our goal.

Ralf's got a lot of work to do over the next months, but getting clean sheets and wins in the meantime is massive for us.

How is Maguire worth 80 mils? Can't jump can't head can't pass can't tackle.

A win and a clean sheet. I'll take that. Decent game from the midfield and defense.

The front 4 has a lot to work on. They don't look in sync at all. Most of the final passes are either overhit or behind the players legs.

Don't want to be negative but so much for him having no connections to players so being cut throat. I don't see how Rashford can appeal enough to any manager to keep him on for 95 minutes

Thank good for DeGea .. Not a great performance but I always felt we would win.
Rashford needs some bench time.. Mctominay was motm till David made that second amazing save.

Happy with the win and clean sheet Again.

Dave

McFred were on it today. Quality pen from Ronaldo too.

Quite far from our best, but doesn't matter. 3 points and Back to back cleansheets!

(Also hope Lindelof is okay).

Not sure what happened there. No real urgency and pressing high as a team, no organisation in defense, no working patterns in possession, no synergy between any players out there, no quick counterattacking, countless unforced errors, weird subs, taking off Sancho when Rashford had an absolute mare. Donny gets a few minutes when it was clear we could use some fresh legs way sooner. Only positive is the most important thing however, the 3 points.

Absolute crap performance, but 3 points. I'll take but it was incredibly awful.

De Gea clear MoTM says it all. Glad for clean sheet and 3 points but nothing else positive here. The team still huge work in progress.

I can understand why Ralf cannot yet bench Maguire, he could lose team morale doing something that drastic to captain, so early. But something needs to be done about McT and DvB needs a solution. Rashford is also a huge question mark. Couldn't understand why Greenwood was brought on to replace Sancho and not Rashford. I thought Sancho was being much more creative and had way more potential to break through.

Not the best match for Bruno or Ronaldo. Dalot and Telles keep impressing. Lindelof was also solid, hope he is fine injury-wise. Little to complain about Fred, in comparision with the rest of the team. He is no Scholes or Iniesta, but in this squad he wasn't the one to complain about, today.

wasn’t great at all really.

midfield played well but that’s about it.

we need to stop this 4222 experiment with rashford and ronaldo up top. they are an awful pairing

What on earth is going on with our passing play in forward areas?

Ronaldo, Rashford, Sancho and Bruno seem 50/50 as to whether they'll find a red shirt or give it away. How are we supposed to do anything with them playing like that? We can't build any attacks until these guys take care of the ball and show some patience.
Would love to see the stats but I wouldn't class Sancho with the rest

Do our managers now have a can't drop/sub Rashford stipulation written into their contract? How Sancho was subbed and not him I'll never know.

2 clean sheets and 6 pts over the last 2 PL games. On paper that's great, but we just squeaked by today.
Onwards and upwards, I hope.

No improvement. Sloppy passing. A win is massive whilst they're playing badly.
