Time you head back to the Telles thread to bleat about how unfairly treated Shaw is. Unfortunately the McTom/Shaw alliance isn’t washing for you here. A shambles indeed.
Shaw consistently gets to play when fit, he’s treated great by anyone who matters.

You can cry some more about Telles actually being shit though.

Shaw is a fighter, though. If he wasn't, he would've allowed himself to be run out of the club by Mourinho. He won Ole over by fighting for his place against Williams. He won Southgate over by fighting for his place.

He would've never have done any of that if he didn't have fight in him. Hell, to come back from that injury alone was a special sort of fight.

Shaw haters in shambles
I don't care how much McTominay fights, he's just not good enough at football. Shaw has shown he is good enough for Man United on various occasions, but he seems intent on a good season-bad season loop. He can talk a big game but he needs to do it on the pitch.

From the man who ran to the Telles thread crying about fullbacks keeping players onside. Irony at its finest. They’re both [Telles & Shaw] below the required quality but you back the McTom/Shaw duo because. . . ‘pashun’. Mediocrity has attacked the fanbase as much as the squad it appears.

This.

He also never has the balls to get infrnt of the camera after some of our most punishing defeats unlike our captain non fantastic. Shaw has shown repeatedly that can face adversity in the eye and fight to the death, win or lose

Gave an interesting interview, basically saying doesn't enjoy playing at club level.

What I find weird is that most United players never take any responsibility for their own performances. The atmosphere around the club would be far more positive if the team was winning. There's every chance many of the United team have a mid table mentality and perhaps can't handle the pressure.

Redknapp was bang on this evening if players can't handle criticism and pressure they should leave.

Well, at least it appears Manchester United had a targeted strategy regarding their transfers:

Finding players who never take responsibility. :houllier:

Says he is happy at England because he is wanted.
I don't understand this. Our fans loved him last season, then he played like crap and got dropped... no other club would have waited 4/5 years for him to show how good he can be paying him 100k plus. What more do you want?

What's it with our players moaning about the club in international breaks ? If you enjoy playing with your national team much more than the club then just don't return and ask to leave. You're part of the problem, your moaning doesn't absolve you of the blame.

Doing a Harry Maguire is he, one good performance in a friendly against Switzerland and he’s free to throw shade on the club.

I’m one of Shaw’s biggest supporters on here, and have been for many years, but if that’s what he said then he can feel free to feck off, or alternatively, stay and actually contribute to winning things. Sick to death of these players moaning about fans as if they’ve already brought us the treble. We have the only group of players in the world who can’t seem to do anything for themselves - it’s always the manager who has to sort them out, it’s always the fans who have to give unconditional support. Maybe start winning or just feck off. Nobody is forcing you to sign an extension. It’s so tedious.

The type of mentality that is too ingrained into the club, doesn't enjoy it when the tough gets going.

8 years he'll have been at the club come summer and no progression has been made in his defensive abilities.

Yeah, I mean it’s literally what we have been calling for - a meritocracy. I genuinely thought he was the best left-back in the world last season. He hasn’t been great this season and he’s been dropped. It’s really simple. And yet it seems to be a massive puzzle to him. Our players’ understanding of how football works is genuinely fecked.

Give me one good reason why Luke Shaw is on more than João Cancelo and Andy Robertson. He's currently on more money than f'n Mane and Salah and he wants to talk about not feeling wanted?!

One goal against Switzerland and he's giving out like he's prime Paddy Evra. Don't cry about not feeling wanted when you have had one really good year in the past eight Luke.

Another player telling the truth and fans can't handle it.
Sorry what can't we handle?

He says he doesn't feel valued? He's right. He's been average for 7 out of 8 years. Why should we be grateful to have him?

Should I just pretend that I am watching Denis Irwin? City, Liverpool and Chelsea are paying players in his position virtually half what he's on. Yet they're getting better and more consistent performances. Why should we be happy about what we're seeing from Shaw? Why should we be falling over ourselves desperate to see the club give him a new and improved deal?

If he can find some other mugs to pay him over £150k a week, good luck to him. I'll be happy to see him gone.

He can do one, been given 8 years to show some stability and form and he doesn't feel loved. What a absolutely deluded bunch.

Anyone know who he was talking to? Just watched a post match interview with him and he didn't say what the tweet says.

He said afterwards (continuation):

Shaw: “Of course it’s hard to enjoy when we’re losing and we’re not playing well at club level and we have to face that. This season it’s not been good enough at all so it’s hard to enjoy."

If this is true, and not doubting it isn't, it actually makes me want to cry.

Oh diddums, Luke doesn't feel wanted at United.

Is it a wonder we're in the mess we are when our players have the resilience of a dandelion. I don't care how good he is for England, but if he's going to go back to being the same sometimes player at United then I hope we do the right thing for once and not give him an undeserved bumper deal.

Another player with weak mentality. He can feck off. Him and pogba this week. Don't need that shite in the squad. Mourinho was right about number of players in the squad.

Weak mentality, don't like hard work. Give up when going gets tough.

These lads don't belong to play for big clubs.

Ragnick and new manager have work cut out with this squad of players.
