That merc is just a dog of a car. As the commentators pointed out, the Ferrari is bouncing just as much but it smooths out entering the corner while the Merc just keeps bouncing along.

He lets Stroll past then tries to pass him back. Stroll is trying to get out of the way of someone on a flying lap. No reason for Latifi to be dive bombing there.
He's legitimately going to bankrupt Williams this season if they keep him on.

The thing that made me question it was Stroll being out like he was going for a Sunday drive. Dunno if Latifi thought feck it and went for the overtake.
Nah to be fair it's both their faults. Stroll should be looking in his mirrors, but I can't really blame him being surprised at the car he just passed going really slow trying to undertake him a turn later.
