City must hate us so much. We could put the kids out and still beat them for some unknown reason
Just imagine how good we would be if Conte was backed.
Our 5 million dollar transfer budget just got cut in half.
Sky are gutted as it’s Woolwich easily winning the title early on so it’s a 1 horse race. Top 4 & relegation will be the interesting things.
this is not a drill! we won the first half of a game of football!!!!!!!!
This is hilarious, City ain’t winning shit this year
...
I'd be fuming if I were a City fan. Why would Pep rotate now? Just do it against Wolves at the weekend. Absolutely hilarious. Up the Spurs!!
i think hes fallen out with a lot of them. state of that back line! hopefully he fecks off end of the year
...
TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR WORLDS BEST SHIT TEAM
of course we roll over for Woolwich and then turn up here, proper spursy. And fecking Emerson too!
Conte wont know what to say at Half time, he so used to us being 2-0 down !
...
This club is properly weird.
Cue 3-2......
...
Are you watching QSI?
Come invest in the Saudi bashers.
This team is so jekyll and hyde
Just hope Woolwich completely shit the bed soon.
My spurs brain says we're due for an epic meltdown here
so if we are two up at half time are we due to lose 3-2???
...
City fans are so shit you can literally hear one singing by himself on Sky.

fecking tragic.
That's Micah Richards
1-2
Here we go
Well,that lasted long.
And we're back
Lloris flapping at fresh air
We'll lose this 4-2
2-2
This could be another Man Utd 5-3
Half time team talk went well then...
We are gonna get battered this half aren't we
Delete the club, i'm out
Hello darkness my old friend
Wow, Pep set up to challenge our 2nd half upping of the tempo. Let's see what the 1 trick pony has up his sleeve...
Can we have a time out
Tottenham bottling ArsenaI's chance of winning the league. LOLOL.
This is how you react to going down 2-0 at home
Son is just a wage thief

An absolute waste of oxygen
Just got to wait until it is 4-2 to Citeh...then we will play.
Where the feck are those Qataris?

Just hurry up and buy us you ridiculously rich clowns.
3-2
Welp. There it is
Son is hiding big time, he needs to be subbed. I think we'll be leaving at 80 minutes.
Get fecking Son off now! Sick of watching the lazy cnut feck things up
I'm starting to think, and hear me out here, that maybe we're not the strongest mentally
First sub Sessegnon...

He's trolling us now
honestly hate to watch half of our players
We totally folded in 15 minutes against an out-of-form City, HAPPY DAYS!!!
We',ve scored 2 goals against an evil petro team

Their goals don't count so we are winning 2 nil

ENIC IN
I guess Conte’s HT talk went something like “now get out there and show them what youre made of “

FFS well they did.
Dear god. Please get rid of Son. He's turning into Dele right before our eyes.
Must be nice to be any other team in the PL going through a bad time and knowing you get to play Spurs to get a result.
Need a goal and Conte's answer is to bring Sess on while Richy sits. What a fecking joke.
I am going to lose my shit. Anyone defending Cunte now is off their tits. I know Benta has just come back but how has he not subbed Son!!! Bloke has literally been stealing a wage last 12 games!
Son for Richie conte you wiggy cnut!
...
Neville begging for a pen.... feck off rat-feck!!
Never a penalty Neville
He absolutely hates us.
...
City have some proper neanderthal fans jesus
At least the transfer window is open soon ...
Trossard just signed for the filth
Oh well, least if Manure beat the Scum at the weekend we won’t have to worry about them cnuts winning the league.
Hey look, it’s 88th minute where we actually start playing the game at PL level
4-2
Lenglet had a nightmare sub appearance. Badly need a cb with legs this window. Hincapie or Ndicka
fecking Self destruct FC
If this team were a dog they'd be put down
Individual error after individual error after individual error.
We are back to 2014.
feck me sideways, we really do love to press the self-destruct button, don’t we?
We are gonna get ass fecked by Fulham on Monday aren't we. Mason at the helm soon enough
My team.

Tottenham Hotspuds.

Nice and soft on the inside.
On the upside.

At least we aren't helping the gooners win the league.

haha
Lenglet..Davies..Dier..Sess..Emerson..Perisic..Doherty..we are creating the worlds largest collection of shit defenders.
Doesn’t matter what manager we have. Conte, Poch, Tuchel with these player we are fecked, it’s clownish
Patarici out as well. Spending 60m on richarlison is a stackable offence.
Neville sums it up perfectly: 2-0 down to Spurs at half time, Man City must have been "messing around".
...
Surely we have to be the greatest banter club in the world?
Smallest big time club. Biggest small time club.

Fair play.

Them beating a Man. City side to nil at home is one of the NID results of every season.

Congratulations Christian ! They'd be better off doing a rebranding, erase it all and start over, their club is cursed

Wonder what it is about them that’s allergic to winning things. 2 League cups in 31 years is mental, considering they’ve been a top 8 side regularly during that period and a top 4 side on numerous occasions in recent years.

Harry Kane has to know now that as long as he remains with Spurs that he'll remain trophyless. Question is, does it even matter to him any longer?

He doesn’t strike me as being that intelligent, in fact he’s borderline deficient. He’ll have his mouth open heavily breathing while signing another contract with spurs.

He tried to move to City didn't he? He was stupid enough to sign that long contract so now he is suffering for it.

Conte and ETH were never up at the same time for the job. Conte was an option after Ole's sacking that quickly closed after he went to Tottenham. At the time nobody here even knew if ETH was an option or whether he'd come anyway, so I don't remember much discussion on that aspect. Mainly it was Poch vs ETH and from what I remember the vast majority of fans preferred ETH.

Timewise perhaps but there were numerous polls and I can remember so many comments of people saying take Conte he's guaranteed to bring trophies. Besides the fact he's batshit crazy, he plays boring football and isn't winning anything any time soon.

If not for that one single poster Glaston, I genuinely wouldn’t have minded them winning something over the years. With Arsenal potentially winning the premier league this season and Chelsea continuously winning trophies for the last 20 years and spurs winning feck all, this is a fecking nightmare. They are mocked and humiliated by Arsenal and Chelsea fans time and again so many times infact that at some level I feel for them again.

Spurs

How is Sanchez still at Spurs? He has been the same 'diamond in the rough' for the past 5 years with no improvement. Dier is an okay squad payer but should not be a starter. Davies does a job, not a world beater but not a clown like Sanchez.

Romero the only decent defender they have, night and day from the Alderweireld - Vertonghen days.

With 3 CB's, in a pragmatic, Conte style team, they have conceded 35 goals in the PL. Embarrassing stuff.

I really can't fathom why they are such a popular team in London. They're terrible.

They always seem to be considered part of the big 4/6/7 or whatever ever, but they've never won anything.

Even before Wenger came along, Arsenal used to regularly win stuff, you would have thought Spurs would have been on the same level, it's just that they never had a Wenger.

Why are such a crap team so popular, I just don't get it?

tbf to them they have had some absolute super star players in recent years. And played some great football under certain managers.

From the swashbuckling Redknapp team with Bale, Modric, Van Der Vaart.

To Pochettino's stifling pressing football with Eriksen, Kane, a peak Alli, Dembele and a great defensive lineup of Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Walker and Rose.

It's just the Jose, Nuno, Conte era that has had drab football.

Would never have Conte over ETH, but I'm very sure that Conte would have finished higher than Ralf if we could have gotten him as to finish the season after Ole.

They've never won anything, yet they're one the most popular teams in London. Surely they should have been winning Cups on a fairly regular basis over the past 60 years, much like Arsenal.

They had the double winning side in the 60s that would have cemented support back then. I don’t think you can underestimate the passing down of support from father to son/family.
My son never had a choice and neither did I.
Plus they have played some really entertaining stuff over the years, Villa ardiles hoddle lineker gascoigne klinsman ginola etc without ever really threatening to be a top side.
They will always be a well supported club as a result.

Also a lot of people will not be English fans, a lot of numbers in the fan base will be international supporters, so it is not so much about 'where you grew up is who you support.'

Im sure Spurs have a Welsh contingent of fans because of Bale and Davies, likewise you would imagine a Croatian contingent of fans due to Corluka, Modric, and that other Croatian guy Redknapp loves(forget his name). Id imagine they are massive in Korea, for obvious reasons.

For example as an international fan, and Australian, I don't need to explain why I have a soft spot for Everton. I've never even set foot in the UK, let alone in Everton.

I do a agree that for a lot of people they will end up supporting who their dad does. My dad bought me united kits and took me to games from young. I had no idea how far away Manchester was.
Weirdly though he was born in 1960 and his dad is a spurs fan, but supporting George bests team is better than winning the double I guess.

I can still remember more than a couple articles back in the day that stated that the income from their new stadium and London location were going to catapult them into being a perennial powerhouse.

Not so much really.

This is why I think it's ridiculous all the pundits criticising the Rangnick appointment. We needed someone to tie us over until ETH was available. He wasn't going to leave Ajax mid season with them top of the league and still in the cup.

I have 2 spurs supporting mates who got real giddy after their title challenge against the mighty Leicester. They genuinely felt that was their entry into the elite group of title challengers for years to come. Turns out it was just a one season (half) wonder.
