That's the problem. Nothing muchUsing my first ever post in a match day thread during a game to say..
WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH SANCHO
Noticed that too, although with the quality of the commentary it wouldn’t be the most egregious thing they’d said todayA game of 105%
You can’t be suggesting he’s had a good half? He’s been awfulSancho has played 3-4 passes that led to dangerous attacks. Hopefully you understand there’s more to football than goals and assists
Our front 6 have been shocking and you want to swop a LB for a LBWe are as dull as dishwater. Sancho, Weghorst, and Shaw have been terrible. I'd put Malacia on.
He's barely played for us and he's got Scott McTominay next to him today and Maguire behind him.Sabitzer has been poor, hopefully his lone comes to an end. Shouldn't even consider keeping him here.
Guy has no authority on the ball in midfield and slow to everything. He actually looks anxious and reactive to everything happening in the game.
Can't believe I will ever say this but we need Fred ASAP
Literally anyone is an upgrade on Wout.Play who, then?
Honestly, Sancho just needs this season to end so that he can start again next year.Sancho has been decent in our build up but falls to pieces in the final third and generally the closer we get to the Fulham goal line.
yeah, right.you never know, maybe we could get a pen..
Everyone in attack was tired having those close games. While Sancho...Some sense at last, he hasn't been anywhere near the worst player on the pitch.
This is pretty much the main thing. It's been an incredible almost two months of nonstop football. Not making excuses but this lot were still playing Betis 60 odd hours ago. Our lack of depth including the injuries is a huge handicap for Erik atm.
Yes, we knew what we were getting when we signed him. There were reports about concerns from our recruitment about his passing. But it was dismissed because we needed a player who took risks.Pretty sure that's Bruno's job. High risk, low probability.
1 in 5, 1 in 10 might come off, but it's the 1 that he's there for.
And if he bags a goal or assist, well... Yeh, job done obviously. He's not there to pass side ways and backwards, thank feck!
Hopefully in the Eredivisie or Bundesliga. He's not good enough for the Premier League.Honestly, Sancho just needs this season to end so that he can start again next year.
WW must be an absolute beast in training or something. Hasn't he started every single game since he came here? He must be 3rd in most game time after Bruno and DDG.Pellistri and Antony surely have to come on.
Get WW off at least.
Because we basically have the same team that finished last season apart from a couple of cheap loans and Martinez. How are we still so shite in possession
I’m sorry that’s the zenith of how you can see the game.Give it up mate, he’s a nothing player.
No pace, bad first touch, half-presses, poor decision making, poor final ball. We got absolutely fleeced again.
He doesn’t even have the excuse of being tired.
We'll never know if our players don't try to run inside the box that's for sure.yeah, right.
It's not that clear cut. He's had some decent passes and movement but at Utd you've got to be taking more responsibility and making productive plays.Sancho has played 3-4 passes that led to dangerous attacks. Hopefully you understand there’s more to football than goals and assists
Nice one, big man.At least Wout is in shape.
Sancho is a tubby clown. Send him packing asap.
He's a pathetic individual.
I expect some authority on the ball, showing up for it and playing one twos with your teammate. He's barely played for us and he's got Scott McTominay next to him today and Maguire behind him.
What do you expect?
I think he's not good enough for Utd. Too much pressure but somewhere like Brighton, he could thriveHopefully in the Eredivisie or Bundesliga. He's not good enough for the Premier League.
This is nonsense. You have to earn the right to express yourself and Sancho is not Messi where he's allowed to skip on pressing and running.Sancho has played 3-4 passes that led to dangerous attacks. Hopefully you understand there’s more to football than goals and assists
If nothing else he's 29 and we have enough players that age or above, especially in midfield.I've already seen enough to know we shouldn't be making Sabitzer's loan permanent. It will be good to have Eriksen back after internatiinal break. Another position where we really need a top signing in summer
A player will always be awful if you ignore his contributions and froth at the mouth every time something goes wrongYou can’t be suggesting he’s had a good half? He’s been awful
Bruno plays a similar role to the likes of Odegaard and De Bruyne, though all 3 are slightly in different players. Their main job however is to take risks, not play it safe.If that’s what you think then we’ll never be more than a plucky top 4 side.
Go watch Odegaard or another top creator and how they play and then tell me it’s fine that Bruno plays as he does. It ends up being “productive” but kills control and just creates such a wide variance in performances on a game by game basis.
That's a cheap shot.Does ETH have a hairdryer?..
