If he really had mental health issues, do people really think Ten Hag and the club would be so tough with him? Come on. This just reeks of an immature and lazy young player who doesn't have the mentality to succeed at the highest level.

I`m glad he hasn`t apologised, he is shite and never put any effort in. Would rather see Pellestri get the minutes.

That in itself wouldn't bother me but at least be smart about it, use another account or something. Clearly he doesn't seem to give a shit about his United career so I hope he won't ever wear the shirt
Yeah, totally agree @kouroux - I know a lot of people were saying that he couldn't play anyway, it's a free world and doesn't need permission to play a video game and so on but it's that appearance of treating the club with contempt that makes it look bad, at least in my opinion. Like you said, just get an anonymous account, Sancho. It was always going to be inflammatory, just like the New York nightclubbing, summer holiday and whatever else. If you're walking on thin ice you don't go jumping around but he's evidently given up now and is waiting to get a new destination in January because EtH can't back down or it would be him leaving so I guess the only solution is for Sancho to move. What a waste.

Nope, I don't believe he does, simply because if he was ill with something a psychiatrist or psychologist formally diagnosed, he would be classed as unfit due to illness and there would be some kind of treatment programme and medication, counselling or both and some kind of phased return would be planned. I have to guess but for someone who cost £70mm+ and earns £300k gross/week, the club would be doing anything and everything possible to keep him as fit and healthy as possible.
Personally, I think he's just very immature, lacking in self-awareness and is very self-centred.

Yeah to be honest I see his hissy fit as a gift in the same way Ronaldo’s interview was.

It gives Ten Hag a very easy way to get rid of him which the club can hardly push back on.

Seriously comparing a lad who cost 15m and tried his hardest and did as he was told against Sancho? Come on! Daniel James Utd career is miles ahead of Sancho. Sancho can be compared to the crap like Bebe.
Bebe was a low cost punt on a young player that didn't work out. The type of signing we used to make frequently (and still do, to a lesser extent). Not sure why he repeatedly gets brought up as some sort of huge disaster.

Strange cause all of us are guessing unless you are in that changing room? I guessing you are not and think we are all offering a view based on our own perception of the facts arent we?

But you close your post with an assertion, not a guess.

"some of those are starters" = we know for sure that players are not content and we know for sure they are starters

if you want to communicate you're guessing something you can say "my guess is that some players in our squad are not content with ETH management, and it's possible some of them are starters".

But in any case, my point is there is no reason to make guesses.

There's no debate here - I don't care for the "he said, she said" nonsense, the manager has decided Sancho's levels of effort weren't up to scratch and he can choose to manage that however he sees fit. Lest we forget, he's been really patient with, and supportive of, Sancho throughout last season.

The tail has wagged the dog for too long at this club. Sancho should never play for us again.

Your point is an absolute stupid one and I 'guess' most reasonably people understand that guessing is a term used not literally, but to mean that I wasnt there, I didnt see it or bloody didnt hear it.

Dissertation for an english degree is a rather grandiose term for my expectation of you to have basic language skills.

Still, your guesses are of no value, so you might as well not post them at all.

Didnt realise that they needed to be valued to post on here? Didnt realise you were a mod either. Apols.

Didnt know either you needed to grasp basic english? I must of skipped the entrance exam to post on here. Might be a challenge for all those on here that english isnt their first language or cant use terms like 'grandiose' in a sentence?

However, if my guesses are of no value, Im presuming you and others only post facts?

All he needs to do is apologise. All this will go away and he can start rebuilding his career. He won't because of what - his pride? Now he has pride? Where is the pride when you put on the United jersey? Seriously, kids nowadays.

I just hope we can recoup half of his transfer fee. I pray some clubs come with a 35mil offer in January, and we can say bye to an average player. He can be the main man in another league that slow and less physical.

It’s also extremely selfish to put his pride over the collective of the team when the club is already down three wide players and his teammates are picking up the slack by putting in more minutes into their legs. Bruno for example has played more football than anyone in europes top leagues.

If some of the players do have an issue with how Ten Hag has handled this, they should knock on his door.

What was the reason city let him leave.
I seem to think I saw some reference to his attitude, but can’t find anything to support that now.
Although Pep said he did not want to take on the challenge of breaking into the first team,
probably more to that statement than we think.

Not playing well or not being good enough is one thing.
Not making maxiumum effort is different, we seem to have a few that come across with that attitude.

No way is that

Was not a matter of opinion. It either happened, or not. And if he has no knowledge of it happening, he shouldn't assert that it did.
It's shitposting.

Apologise for what? Seriously, no one is going to accept an apology. We've all been patient enough with him. Ten Hag has been patient enough with him.
Sancho's on fat wages. He doesn't give a feck cause he's still getting his $$ week in/week out. Minimum effort, major rewards.

As long as he's on United's payroll he doesn't care and it shows in his onfield performances. We need to get rid.

Whatever grievance Sancho may have with the manager, he’s now put himself in a position where he may never kick a football in a competitive match ever again. He’ll accumulate wealth and live out all his fantasies he wishes, but it’s hard to see any other manager, even in Saudi Arabia, wanting to bring him in.

I would not go that far. I am sure there is a quality team out there, that may feel they can make use of his qualities. It was not that long ago he was playing at a high level for Dortmund. I have heard Newcastle could come in for him.

We need an others before self mentality at this club. Sancho is a good example of what we don't need.

He'll be licking his lips at that. I reckon it's exactly what he wants.

Makes no sense to me why he has such a high opinion of himself. Dropped by England, now dropped by United. And he thinks he's the victim? I assume he's surrounded himself with all the best people.

He needs to apologise to ETH. No player is bigger than the club or the manager. Its how we've ended up in this situation long term. Standards have fallen off a cliff. ETH is trying to raise them again. Anyone who doesnt want to do the hard work shouldnt play for the club.

Get rid of weak-minded players. Might not be the best selling approach to expose them first but how to we otherwise announce we'd be happy to part ways.

Sancho went from being talked about as a generational talent to being the next Jesse Lingard, far more concerned with their ‘brand’ and being a celebrity than working hard in training and on the pitch to win trophies.

I think anyone who has backed Sancho over ETH needs to have a very hard look at themselves, it was only 6 months ago that Guardiola was heralded as a genius man manager for getting rid of Cancelo who was consistently one of the best full backs around and no one accused Guardiola of singling Cancelo out or bullying.

When he came here there was all this talk of how much of a 'baller' he is and I specifically remember a quote where he said he wants to 'violate people' with skills.

What has followed is one of the meekest, most pathetic Utd careers I've ever seen. Struts about the pitch like he's just eaten Sunday dinner, wusses out of every 50/50, doesn't really dribble past anyone, doesn't really create, downs tools at the slightest inconvenience and now is happy to lose 6 months of his career because he got called out for poor training. This is after that same manager gave him basically half the season off to get his head straight after a bereavement.

Absolute wet-wipe. Good riddance.

Absolute fanny.Haven't seen a player be scared this much from a physical challenge in years really. The fact he claimed to be a "baller" and "violator" or whatever makes his stint here several times more pathetic.

I remember when we had just signed Sancho, or were at least in the process of signing him, Rashford did an interview where he referred to him as a "new generation player". This is likely not quite what he had in mind, but he wasn't far wrong.

Good summary. That bit about violating people with skills
