Its just utterly farcical that a team who is about to coast to a 4th title in a row has 115 charges hanging over them for this long, when the longer it goes on the less likely any punishment is.

The club statement is implying that it is 21-22 accounts again causing the problem and not 22-23, so not a NEW breach, merely the previous one still being in the same 3-year cycle. Being charged twice and potentially punished twice for the same offence, whilst having an appeal on the original charge.
