Hannibal, Garnacho and dare I say it Martial would have been the better options to start this game, and if ETH has any balls he'll get them on the pitch before the game is totally lost.

Mount has been our best player. Decision making from the rest of the team has been atrocious.

Well that first half is why a lot of posters were saying that this game, and not the last one, would be a measure of us and where we're at.

Fans finally got over the Pelistri needs to start hype?

Can’t watch the game but I know he’s out in his usual nothing performance.

People calling for Rashford to go off even though he’s been involved infinitely more than Pellestri in this game. Switch rash rod to the right and bring Garnacho on.

Mount (and possibly Dalot) the only one having a good game so far.

Amrabat has been ridiculously clumsy. Just bundling into opponents instead of trying to tackle.

Looking new to the real PL.
The ref indicated that doing that wasn't a foul when he had that done to him which resulted in Casemiro getting booked. Agree that he should've learnt by the fourth time the ref blew up for him doing the same though.

Should have been one red. I'm positive that would be a red for United
For sure. Everything our players do is under a microscope but these guys play rugby and the VAR is out of order.

Same crap patterns all half. Pass to the wing, long ball over the top. Same rubbish. What’s our plan? Do they realise there’s a game to win here? We need attackers who know what the purpose of the game actually is.

    Ayew is a diving tit

    Casemiro dwelling on the ball

Everyone else treating it like a hot potato at times.

Not great. The front 3 look like they have no link up play whatsoever. So frustrating to watch.

We are absolutely abysmal. No width. No midfielders than can run with the ball. Toothless wank of a first half that was. ETH needs to buck up his ideas because i have no idea what he is trying to do with that first half performance. Tragic FC.

Best less shite than an invisible winger is not the measuring stick at this club

Night and day difference between the last game and today.

No energy no press, no interchanging.

Palace doing to us what we did to them in the cup

    It's not over yet obviously.

ETH needs to take Rash off. Probably Pellestri too.

We cannot afford to lose this fecking game.

No. He had a sensational 3 or 4 months.
The last couple of months of last season was almost as bad as this.

    .
Spot on he has been horrific for ages and average with great moments majority of his career here. We have had that problem with star players, I feel similarly about Fernandes who bar his initial spell, hasnt actually been much better than Pogba was here.

All three when we look back in years ahead will be realised as seriously over rated in the history of this club.

There are several better players in Rashford and Fernandes position in our league yet fans and pundits keep calling them world class

Houjlund doesn't look ready for this level whatsoever. He is as bad as the rest of the attackers.

Blaming the players for this farce is like blaming your other half for your erectile dysfunction.

This is again on Ten Hag.

Should go without saying that I don't enjoy watching us and can't see myself ever warming to Ten Hag's choice of signing in midfield. None of Mount, Amrabat (or even Højlund as a forward) look like they are able to get on the ball and drive with it, get us a few inches forward.

Players paid this much and none of them can dribble a couple of players to open that game up? What a fecking farce.

I'm taking off Pellistri and put in Hannibal and move Mount to the right. Kid didn't do much this half. We're easy to defend even with all the ball possessions we've had. No one overlapping on left also hurt us. With Amrabat move to the centre when we got the ball it looks a congested at times with no one on the wide.
Not jinxing it though but Casemiro probably gonna lung another tackle and with slippery pitch its not gonna end well. Sigh. Shite half.

People really having a go at Pellistri, what you want from that kid, to carry bunch of overpaid cnuts seniors, he had few runs early but Dalot decided that he aint capable to make that pass. He wasnt better or worse than other 2 upfront, maybe they should go on loan too.

Dross. Casemiro is having a mare, wouldn't be surprised if he gets sent off. I forgot Pellistri was on the pitch, though I recall seeing him get wrestled off the ball at one point. Only Mount and Dalot have been decent.

    Second half FC?

Get some of the midweek players on, not all but we need some energy and excitement. Our first team seem depressed and don't work well.

Fans as well are frustrated rather than encouraged.

Feel like people are overreacting a bit. We've been in complete control for about 40 of the 48 minutes
its not control, its just useless possession, we have had the ball cause Palace has allowed us to. And we’ve done feck all with the possession half the time its cbs passing amongst themselves.
