I think most peoples first choice RW or No 10 signing would be Mahrez. Both him and Mkhitaryan have had fantastic seasons but Mahrez has that all important EPL experience. Assuming it would be incredibly difficult to sign Mahrez, Mkhitaryan is comfortably the next best option.
