  1. Boeing in trouble again

The MBA's caused too much damage and made a total culture shift. It's going to take many years to shift the culture back to safety and quality first. In a company so big and riddled with holes throughout the whole management Boeing will be struggling for many years to come. We are 5 years...
  2. Referendum in Ireland today

    Agree 100%
  3. Referendum in Ireland today

There must be a reason the constitution wants to be changed and the government hasn't made it clear what exactly these changes will mean in the future and exactly how the people effected will be impacted. I had my doubts so voted no.
  4. Referendum in Ireland today

I voted no to both. Unless it's crystal clear what implications changing the constitution will have how can I vote yes for anything? Someone should have done a better job to explain what these changes will actually mean. Better the devil you know than the devil you don't know.
  5. Boeing in trouble again

MCAS was designed to make the Max feel and fly similarly to the previous generations of 737 so pilots didn't notice the difference and hence why they were not told about it because for them they didn't need to know anything as in theory it should fly the exact same. However there was a design...
  6. 'Pep' Guardiola sack watch

That Pep anger is so funny, you know he's pissed but instead he's playing all nice and then comes out with that amazing happy new year line.
  7. Ballon d'Or 2023 | Messi wins for 8th time

nice article by Henry Winter. If the Balon d'or went to the best player in the world I think since 2009 Messi would have won at least 13 out of15. There was only 1 or 2 seaons where someone else had an argument to be genuinely better than him and one of them was Suarez. I don''t think Ronaldo...
  8. Ballon d'Or 2023 | Messi wins for 8th time

Why does he have to do it in the premier league? Just because the club you support plays in the premier league? Seems very strange that the premier league is the only league in the world that matters
  9. Arsenal 2023/24 - Have bottled the Champions League and are Bottling the League

Probably what Arteta wants ideally. Cup games stretch the squad too much unless you have strength in depth like City.
  10. Golf 2023

Yeah he knows Joe quite well, it didn't need to blow up so much a little word in private could have solved everything. I think Rory is feeling the pressure after bottling the last 2 holes and losing the match after being 1 up with 2 to play. However I would be rightly pissed as well if the...
  11. Is Pep the greatest manager of all time?

I think he has 3 options when he leaves City, coach a national team most probably Spain. Go back to Barecelona but I think he's too clever to go back as it's almost impossible to do what he did before at Barca and try to replicate that success there. Try coaching a team in Serie A and trying to...
  12. Champions League Gameweek 1 - 19/09 and 20/09

Can't even do basic research before a game.
  13. Gianluca Vialli has passed away | RIP

Fantastic player and such a great and humble person. Gone far too soon.
  14. Messi in Miami

It's just good to see him enjoying himself again. It turned out to be a great move for him and his family.
  15. Film Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer'

I would agree, it's really a unique story well put together. The acting was really on point and for 3 hours I was glued to the screen trying to take in the whole movie. The last hour was a masterpiece perfect buildup to everything and excellent pacing all round. Nice history lessons in there...
