In the United Kingdom, the Corporate Income tax rate is a tax collected from companies."
So I don't think anyone thinks that corporation tax should be up at 50% again but say 20% for small companies, 25% for medium and 30% for large ones would be by no means onerous.

Was listening to ******* Harman talking about 1997. How they had to earn the public trust with the economy, have realistic spending and create the economic conditions for a more expansive offering on their future campaigns. She was pointing out that its even more of a mess than the one they inherited
Yeah corporation tax is too low, its not stimulated the economy as hoped and its much lower than European peers.
Personal taxes on the other hand are far too high and middle earners are especially hard hit which is why our productivity has flatlined.
I hope they spend lots of money on this and get double crushed at the election.

It should trigger an immediate by-election. How can you get elected representing one party and then switch, clearly contradicting what constituents voted for?
Hopefully he'll be binned off at the next general anyway. This sounds like that UKIP situation where 2 MPs joined but it materialised into nothing.

i listened to the press conference in the car (carried live on radio 5), some of the stuff they came out had some serious racist undertones. he also rowed back on his attempts to temper his comments on sadik khan and instead doubled down on them. but its okay as they are right wing, and they are against anti-semitism. all this live on the national radio and TV. would galloway be even given a fraction of that exposure ? then we had caller after caller agreeing with Lee, (need to stop the boats, theres too many of them (?), Islamism is a threat etc - all this feeds into the 'i want my country back' - with I being the white englishman) would they have allowed 30 mins of callers coming out with anti-semetic nonsense.
having been born and brought up in this country, i feel far less welcome here than i ever have. but i doubt right wing MPs will bring it up in parliament or the troy press will be doing articles on my anxiety.
