Don't sign old players and cast offs
Mentally he just does not play like an 18 year-old, he's so confident. Physically he's still leggy and and hasn't put the muscle on he will as he progresses. And when he has done that he should be the real thing, I haven't had such high hopes for a lad since Ronaldo, and before him Giggs.

He's got confidence in abundance. He's going to be a problem, reminds me a lot of Martinelli.

Exciting player. Got everything to become one of the best in the game. Look forward to see him play again.

He’s making a few small decisions that probably work at youth level but aren’t coming off in the first team just yet. But bloody hell he’s settled in extremely well. Doesn’t look out of place and is very exciting.

Looks a very dangerous weapon of from the bench. Love the Argentinians..: their mentality is top!

Love him, he’s so exciting. Was at OT tonight and the crowd were on their feet every time he got near the ball. Treasure players like this.

Even as someone who rated him for the youth teams I'm still a bit shocked how well he acclimatised to first team football.

Love how direct he is and if it doesn't work it doesn't affect his confidence. Enjoyed that he can do both, go on the outside or cut in.

I’m hoping he is one of the reasons why we didn’t sign Gakpo .
Gotta be. Ten Hag explicitly wants 2 players for every position, and right now, you'd say left-wing, left-back and #10 (if we sign an 8 as expected and Eriksen can just be the backup 10 as well as fight for time as an 8) are the 3 positions we are absolutely set in for the next 2-3 years. All the others have some uncertainty, but the 2 deep at those 3 seems locked in barring injury.

keep giving him minutes to build his confidence and get a real feel for the league.....when it comes to the domestic cup matches, let him start those matches to help with the rotations and give guys a break

Will get plenty of minutes this year. Consistency is a concern with young players, but he is doing well almost every time he is on the pitch.

We need to sign him long term asap. He will be one of star players in the future and there will be many other clubs after him.

He is the type of player you just find a way to get the ball to him while in space and then have him go at the defense. In match yesterday soon after he came on, Malacia had an easy ball to him but, for some reason he turned back and crowd got on him. A bit after that pass was on and he made it and immediately Garnacho was at his defender and causing havoc into the box. His directness is exactly what would open up a lot of low block defenses as it would draw others to him and unbalance a stubborn defense.

These off the bench games are perfect right now for his development but, won't be too long before he will be a real headache for the manager to not start him over others that are also playing well.

The kid is only 18 so 20 minutes off the bench in each premier league match is great for bedding him in. Start him in the league cup and FA cup and see how he goes in longer games. Running at tired defenders he is a real danger.

He is why Gakpo never made sense to me unless we were getting him as a 9.

Garnacho is just too good to block.

Apparently garnacho has just recently had a tattoo done 24 hours before a game. Stupid if he has. Hope he gets the right mentoring and doesn’t throw away his talent.

Sorry? you think he might throw away his talent because he’s had a tattoo done?

I think the point was if he has got a tattoo so close to a game, he can’t play as you’re normally meant to wait at least 2-3 days before doing any physical activity

No obviously not. It’s the timing of the tattoo and having another young player that posts stuff all over social media rather then focus on football.
