Say there are five players playing, the mod uses a random number generator to decide the order in which everyone would pick.
1-A
2-B
3-C
4-D
5-E
Then A will have first(usual time is 12 hours to make a pick, otherwise your turn is skipped), then B next and so on. Player E will make two picks(1st and 2nd round) then player D will pick next and so on till all the rounds are completed.
Round 1: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16
Round 2: 16,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Round 3: Same as round 1
That's the order you choose players in I think.
We take it in turns to select a player (order determined by a random number generator). This continues until we all get a team of 12. The order is reversed after each round i.e.
