A good team will bail out their GK out of a mistake, Bayern beat us with Ulreich in goal. Even without the Onana mistake it was just a matter of time. Look at the goals scored, once again we struggled to create and score goals, despite 3 jammy goals telling the stats people otherwise.

Sure but doesn't help every shot on goal equals a goal. He cannot play keeper. It's hugely obvious to anyone with eyes, technique, footwork, body position, handling, anticipation, all of it, sub par for a keeper.

They didn't press him and were under no pressure.
He'll turn into a good GK long term for us I think but he's cost us two games in the CL now.

We thought de Geas start in 11/12 was bad but this is beyond bad. He doesn’t look capable of saving much, he doesn’t sweep and he generally looks capable of a brain fart every time he has the ball. Not convinced at all. What is going on

His passing is not even that good to justify how bad he is at saving shots. He seems to have the reach of a toddler, how short are his arms?
Does anyone have his passing distance stats? I feel like he humps the ball long as often as ddg did and we turn the ball over virtually everytime, just like with ddg.
