I think Tuchel's sacking is a no biggie. If it's not results-based decision but more of a mismatch of vision and ideology, then all good.
Not certain that most of the transfers were Tuchel's requests - Chelsea has mostly bought players from club, not manager's shortlist. Sarri and Conte complained about it.
And it was known that Tuchel is a complex personality with having proven track record of messing relationships up with the board - it happened in Dortmund and in PSG.
Actually this is a very alarming note for his next clubs - why hire a manager who has this past? Okay, he delivered a CL but it was more of a fluke, because it's the only title he won with Chelsea (Supercup and CWC are not real titles, they are meant to be celebrated by Spurs-like teams). Chances that he'll deliver another CL is just too low and he is currently in a lower level than Mourinho is (although they are very similar personalities) as Mourinho has won lots of trophies.
I'd like to see Poch, not Potter as their new manager as Potter has nice pace with Brighton currently and having a superb chance to become a club legend there, if he finishes in Euro spots this season. But sure thing, he can be flattered by CL, by these stars and a new challenge, although I feel it's 60-40 that he will go to Chelsea.
Poch there seems more suitable and I'd like to see what he can do with that team.
