There is no need to get emotional/personal about an opinion that doesn’t align with yours.

I guess we will find out what the general consensus will be in a couple of weeks time.
This isn't the NBA and he isn't Kevin Durant. The world has been expecting him to move to Madrid for years. Nobody gives a shit if he loses a CL final to them first. It would just be confirmation that he wasted half his career at PSG.

That narrative is already set in stone.

I’m still sticking by my original prediction, Madrid and PSG final. Bayern will have to win by a couple of goals tonight to have a chance of going through I think.

I think Bayern have a shot of winning tonight, Madrid away in the CL tend to cede possession and I think Bayern will score a few, it's back at the Bernabeu where it depends how many Madrid win by

Today is finally the day against my beloved Bayern, I expect they will make things very difficult , that they will corner us and make us need a comeback in Madrid. Tuchel usually has good results against Madrid, although on the other hand I trust in our resistance. I think we can hurt them a lot with Vini/Belli

No matter how it ends, it should be a tie that isn't over until the final whistle is blown. To quote Jamie Carragher (I know, I know...) both of these teams were not the better teams in their quarter finals, but the mentally stronger and actually got the job done, while City and Arsenal failed to do that. This mental strength should be visible again today.

Imagine If Tuchel wins a game in this tie, and even lose the semi final in the end, his reputation will probably go back to a high level in CAF. I also hope Kane to win a trophy this season as well. Go Bayern Go!

Rodrygo quite often pops up with big goals too don't you think?

I don't know, on the one hand I have a preconceived idea of Bayern as a very mentally strong team, but I don't know if this current squad is.
I'm curious to see Kane, see if the defense is capable of withstanding a siege in Madrid.

Of course, Rodrygo is a specialist. His favorite competition as he said recently, but I want to see Vini without Walker and the resolute Bellingham without so much sacrifice in defense.
He's done well but he's still missing the big game in the playoffs.

Juxtapose our European history with Bayern and Madrid's, these two seemingly sneeze their way into these kinds of games. And some of you have the gall to look down on the Conference League.

That's boring, either way. Either Mbappe joins his victors (ewwww) or he joins his victims (eh). Plus I'm tired of Madrid juju
It's not boring if he tears Madrid a new one in the final, and gets all the Madrid fans angry with him. It'd make for an interesting atmosphere once he arrives.

Maybe they get so angry and abuse him, so he ends up changing his mind and join United instead...

More seriously, I am expecting Bayern vs Paris in the final. It would be a fascinating duel between Enrique and Tuchel, both seeking a CL trophy with a second club.

For Tuchel qualifying means the certainty of playing a final against one of his former clubs.... For Ancelotti also (who is facing his former club now) it's the possibility of playing against his other former club in the final if Paris qualifies.

Dortmund getting revenge on Bayern at Wembley has a nice symmetry to it. Also would truly be the final nail on this bizzarro world season

People here would combust watching Sancho start for the winners in the Champions League final.

Only thing worse than exiting against you lot.
Bayer Leverkusen won the Bundesliga. They might also win the cup and EL and finish the season unbeaten. Klopp leaves Liverpool. Inter are quite possibly the best team in the world and go out like fecking chumps to atletico madrid, after "pulling a Bayern" at home. The worst Dortmund side in 10 years make the Champions league semifinal. The worst PSG and Bayern in years too. Real Madrid lose Courtois, Militao for the season immediately, then Alaba in December, have no actual pure striker, somehow absolutely piss the league and are in another CL semifinal after surviving City. City finally look mortal. Not just due to the vagaries of the CL, actually mortal, a great team but not a special one, even in the league - which they win anyways because Arsenal is still Arsenal

Come on. This is that season. Revenge of the farmers!

Looking forward to this one. Both of these managers are at their best in the CL as opposed to in league campaigns. I think Bayern has a bigger chance of progressing than they're being given, although Madrid's attack against Dier/De Ligt would worry me. Also from an English perspective Kane vs Bellingham is pretty tasty.

Funny to see our Spurs/United/Chelsea loanees (Dier, Sancho, Maatsen) being key players in the CL semifinals.

Think this will be a close tie. The 2nd leg will be all to play for. Tomorrows game I think PSG will win quite comfortably

I have PSG down for winning the whole thing. With city and them never winning it before well city won it last year and PSG won’t have a better chance than to this year

It's a great narrative to have Mbappe win it with the club before the move. It's a great bookend to that stage of his career. Plus, Enrique is a great manager.

They might do it but they've looked so poor to me throughout the entire tournament.

Scraped through the group stage, getting battered at St James' in the process and Barca were looking comfortable until they went down to 10. Everyone expects them to make the final but Dortmund have been more impressive up to this point.

Really don't care who goes through: Bayern or Real. Both are ok. Would like a PSF win over Dortmund.

Hmm, not sure I like Camavinga being benched. Also not sure about Nacho starting. Shame Carvajal is suspended.

No easy games, league form means nothing and Tuchel’s sides are always dangerous. Just hoping the team can do it again.

Maybe. I just think Enrique will know how to get the job done. Dortmund can concede goals as we seen at the weekend and I feel Mbappe will be motivated for it and cause Dortmund a lot of problems.

Ye I think he’ll be motivated more than ever before he leaves to win them the biggest prize that they’ve never won before. Also like you said, Enrique is great and I think he’ll have the know how this far into the tournament.
