Kovacic has a great opportunity but we can not pretend he will play Modric / Kroos. The result of that would be disappointment and wonder about Isco to retain the ball.

The team has improved physically so to focus on a tough game, with wingers, looking for something different can be a good alternative.
It gives me some relief that Bale is not untouchable and we avoid endless debates about his presence.

In last 2-3 years Ronaldo always seems to condition his season in a way, he comes into a higher level at the later stages of the CL, Madrid do the same. Think Madrid will easily win this, they will beat PSG away.

My point is, that Brazil nt was simple not good enough to compete against any top nt. David Luiz-Dante-old Maicon-Luis Gustavo-Oscar-Hulk-Bernard-Fred...i dare to say that, without Neymar, there are at least three teams in the Brazilian league these days that are stronger than that Brazil 2014 line up.

Lo Celso was probably the worst in PSG in the first match, but he also had a tough task. Motta, on the other hand, has only played some minutes here, some minutes there, this season. It must have been months since he started a match. Not really a 90 minutes player, and would they take that risk now? I don't think Motta will start.

Lo Celso started a match for the 1st time with PSG last November and his 1st game in Champions League last month. As you have noticed, he's light when it comes to midfield battle.
Thiago Motta is another story. Very experienced and his partnership with Verratti is invaluable. He started last Wednesday against Marseille. I'm sure he will start and would be surprised to see Diarra starting. Motta is slow but he's the Boss who provides confidence.
50-50 between these 2 players. Thiago Silva didn't play the 1st leg. A kind of turn-over.
Yes of course Motta is much more experienced, especially at CL level, and has played with Veratti for ages, but he cannot play 90 minutes against a team like Real Madrid. And if PSG need to put in another gear the last 20 minutes to intense the attack, you do not want to waste a substitution on Motta. Just my speculation. Personally I would play him if he is fit, just because he is the least bad option. Then when he needs to sub, pull back Rabiot a little to a more defensive role and welcome in to a more offensive player like Draxler or Pastore.

PSG will win this. Di Maria is in very good form this season. I was actually surprised to see him dropped for the away match.
To be fair though, this kind of participation is good for the forum in that there is a lot of content and it is very active.
I find hard to believe that Zidane will show up today with a starting 11 with Asensio, Vazquez and possibly Kovacic.
The only doubt, imo, it's seeing if Benzema or Kroos are going to play, and only one of those would warm the bench, rarely both at the same time.
