I did. I followed Everton for a while and they've been going through more or less the same motions. Bad play, new manager, bad play continues, sack manager rinse and repeat. Buy players that don't match. I actually think Dyche isn't doing so bad you know. Without the points shaved they would be what, 38 pts now?
It's (our current run of results and play) just a combination of bad luck, bad sales by Glazers, bad or no structure under them to support transfers, no logic, no vision and then a list of injuries that would make anyone cry.
I still believe in ETH. We had some great games. Vs LFC was one for the ages. But I do expect some better game vs Coventry. And, like others noted, we need a good thashing on anybody. The 4 -0 of Necastle, the 6-0 of Chelsea. Stuff like that gives better vibes. Also, one of the reasons why i'm still ETH in: WE didn't get a big beating yet, unlike Spurs, unlike Everton. Somehow we went through a phase of clean sheets and not scoring, to now scoring but not keeping the goals out. It can be worse. It can be a whole lot worse.
And if not, let's not keep on making the same mistake over and over and this time, wait for the new management to come up with a sound plan, vision and new candidate. And then execute.
(That said, didn't Murtough C.S. make a thorough plan under Rangnick, talked and reviewed many candidates for then to end on ETH? At least they tried.)
