Oi oi, I'm a propa 'ard lad me. Few pints and 'av a bit of a scrap.

That's what you sound like.
I really started to think I was a sheltered snowflake as he said but it looks like he's the outlier in the thread so that's a relief.

I have worked within the highest of EU Law, just not criminal and every detail we have currently, makes this look really bad. We don't know the whole story yet, but this could get a lot worse.

Remember when Solskjaer was saying that he tried to do more due diligence on personalities before signing.
So what’s your point, he’s a bad personality now? Everything throughout his career say otherwise including this year with United both on and off the field.

Humourous you seem to be taking the cops view of how things went down.

I've been to pretty much every proper holiday resort about in europe and trust me the cops should never be trusted. Complete farce this

Ive had nothing but good interactions with police whenever I’ve been to places in Europe (admittedly I’ve never been to Greece).

Shit player on the field. Shit person off the field. Embarrassment of a captain.

This all sound fishy, I feel he is just unfortunate and is been used as a scapegoat due to his fame.
If I was in his shoes, I am not sure I'd react differently.

What an absolute load of crap. I've travelled to Greece extensively and, yes, you can go to party spots... Or y'know, you can go to one of the many beautiful spots that are not in those areas (i.e. the majority of the island).

Ibiza is also an amazing island for many things other than getting pissed.

If Harry really wanted to, he could go and get wasted anywhere in the World, including at home.
How do you look now when he’s found guilty you stupid clown

Good job Harry. If some cnut injected my sister with something I’d have lost my shit too.

Too late to ask Leicester for a refund?

Imagine our 80m CB spending 2 years in jail, would only happen to us :(

BBC article said his sister was injected with an unknown substance by a group of men that caused her to faint. They then arranged for transport to a hospital and were instead taken to the police. I can understand Maguire freaking out about what his sister was injected with and losing his composure if that's really what happened.

Trial sounds so dodgy in fairness. Sister gets injected, naturally Maguire and his brother etc freak out, plain clothes police come up and the rest is history. His lawyer apparently only got the full list of charges two hours prior trial.

Maguire and co clearly handled this appallingly, however I would be incredibly surprised if due process has been served. Either way, fine (bigger than the bribe) incoming and a line drawn underneath it.

Genuinely disgusted if all this is proven to be true. Should lose captaincy in any case. Absolutely appalling. Couldn't just spend a couple of weeks in some millionaires resort and actually behave like a professional. Imagine Ronaldo out on the piss 3 weeks before New season

This thread is an embarrassment. A couple of posters that should stick to getting stuff ridiculously wrong in WW forums.

Learnt from Woodward!
Imagine waiting in a cell for Woodward to pay the bribery fee. He will be in a Greek cell 6 months deep by the time Ed picks up the phone.

Feck he will come home fat with a Greek accent.

We could call him ‘my big fat Greek centre back’

He’ll only get a big fine or something like £50,000..

It’s the “do you know who I am” that will stick with him longer!

Honestly if that was what happened, the Greek authority can go feck themselves.

Guilty and a fine. Like many other athletes guilty of a criminal offence...like tax evasion and fraud...(messi, ronaldo, ronaldinho, maradona...list goes on)

Have we? Assualting and bribing police is kind of a big deal.

It would be, if it was true. However, there's so much obvious bullshit surrounding the story that I don't think it would be a good idea to strip him of captaincy based on a guilty charge from a sham court case.

Disgusted by the incompetence of the lawyer. What the f*** are exactly the proofs from the police? Words from those "officers" who were in civil clothes?
