still gives me a laugh, this thread getting dug up ever time ronaldo changes a match, I think I've seen it once a week this season

When i said a couple of seasons ago that he is disloyal, greedy and a twat that'll be off as soon as possible to Spain, all of you spastics turned on me... for being like nostradamus and predicting he would be off you should all bow down to me......Pillocks

If Ronaldo had left after the World Cup like you wanted, we almost certainly wouldn't have been as successful as we have been.

I have had my fair share of irrational anti-Ronaldo rants these past few weeks. But in the cold light of day, I cannot bring myself to feel any real resentment or hatred towards the fella. This is a bloke who has been hugely instrumental in delivering 2 league titles and a Champions League to OT. This is a bloke who has scored 65 goals in 2 seasons for us.

At the moment, there is no evidence that he is "disloyal" or "greedy". The only bone of contention is that he is not saying anything and I assume that this is an exercise in ego-inflation and possibly earning better terms on a new contract.

You really need to give it a rest. Irrespective of whether you predicted it, you actually seem quite pleased at the idea of the best player in the world could be leaving us. That is nothing to celebrate.

So i was a year or so out, he hasn't publicly stated his wish to stay at United, so as far as i'm concerned he should feck right off and die

You are so resentful because you realise how good and important a player he really is to us. It kills you inside that he could leave.

And in fairness, football does create strong emotions - but nothing can justify wishing someone to die you arse.

Right thing done though I wish he was on a bit longer so I could have had a word. Feed Me echoed my thoughts well though, I find it difficult to bear any resentment towards Ronaldo after what he has done in the past two seasons.

never ceased to amaze us! Thought he would have long gone being banned or something... but no! What a true WUM! You would wish you would rather have Devo and the like, when Remy is around winding everyone up! Why is he so bitter is beyond me :mad:
