Another goalless draw, same old same old. Spells of good football but no real threat still. 8 without a win now, please do the right thing and walk away LVG.

Absolutely has to be the end now.

We deserved to win, but yet again we didn't and a win today wouldn't have changed anything anyway.

If he's still in charge for the next game we are fecking idiots.

There's definitely an argument that the players are just not very good.

But he picks them, buys them (or Woodward does) and trains them.

Come on LVG, go out on a high. Being the better team in a 0-0 draw against Chelsea at home is the best you're going to get.

No win in a month and a half, and 4 points off Spurs. We're in a fair bit of trouble now. He should probably resign.

Becomes evident in games like this, the lack of quality in our side for a squad assembled for quite a few quid.

Players like Ashley Young, while they do a job (and that means its hard to dislike them too much), are an example of low standards in our first XI.
Yep, Young should never be considered 1st choice at Manchester United. Perfect back up, but we should be demanding better players.

To be fair that was a positive reaction. We should have won the game. But think it's a little bit too late.

Changes absolutely nothing. Forget it's Chelsea, look at who's beating them. He needs to go....

Goodbye LVG. It was nice knowing you. You brought some much needed organization and self confidence but couldn't get them to play any kind of proper football.

better than we've been for a long while in patches, too little too late though, hopefully he walks over the next couple of days.

Be very surprised if he was in charge of our next game. We weren't bad but a home game without scoring, when he was probably only still in the job because of how soon the game came after the last one, is plenty of reason to part ways.

I think he will announce his resignation after the game. My gut feeling because it doesn't look the board want to sack him.

Best we've played in ages = 0-0 after 73 minutes against one of the worst performing teams in the league with no manager.
Our tactics and selection was spot on today, we hit the woodwork twice, was denied a clear penalty, Rooney missed an absolute sitter and Courtois saved point blank to deny Herrera. By all means criticize Van Gaal for his management for the season overall but individually for this game? Nah.

Not good enough, sorry to say. First half good but should have put it to bed but in the end only an awful miss from Chelsea kept it at 0-0

He's surely gone now but from what we have seen today just a change of manager wont be enough our attaking players are nowhere near good enough and there will take a lot of money before we will be able to challenge for the title. Rooney and Mata needs to be replaced as soon as possible with some real quality and we'll probably need 1 or 2 more offensive players forsquad depth to.

Have an awful feeling that he won't get the boot. If we don't sack him it tells me the board aren't interested in us being on of the best teams in Europe. Just want to keep the wallet fat.

So because of another 0-0 draw, we've to just accept it as progress and keep him on? No fecking thanks, this is not good enough on any level.
