He is absolutely pathetic. Never a red card! This guy is the epitome of a drama queen, ALWAYS has to be in the spot light. He needs to be kicked out of the game!

Adores the attention. No-one was gonna be talking about a 0-0 between West Ham and Fulham, now he'll be the centre of attention, again.

Terrible referee. Embarrassing decision, this is killing the sport.

Two minutes staring at the screen. No certainty and no context of the overall incident. Any unqualified fool can see that there’s no malicious intent there from the forward. Yet the celeb ref would prefer to give a red card to show he’s the boss knowing that it could be rescinded after appeal and there’s no chance he’ll be demoted to a lower league whatever the outcome. The game’s gone.

Watching on NBC and Graeme Le Saux was rightly disgusted with the decision, but in the studio, Tim Howard and Danny Higginbotham said it was the right call :houllier:

This guy must hate it at home because his wife probably doesn't pay any attention to his idiotic antics.

He's a bit like Graham Poll desperate to be the star of the show. Completely accidental and never a red card.

It’s fine if he wants to allow a bit of aggression & not call everything a foul… however, don’t fecking react to the fans & call every challenge on their players a foul. cnut.

One thing to say refereeing will be more lenient this year… Another entirely to be lenient for Wolves and strict for United… prick.

I don't know if it was intended that nothing was a foul, as he has treated wolves, or every touch is a foul, as he's treated us.

But giving Dean the excuse to call it how he wants is not going to end well for us.

Overreaction, he's been good today. You guys are just losing it because Wolves are more up for the fight. They are tackling hard but fair, you are either going in soft or intentionally fouling out of frustration. The ref has been fair.

Like feck he has. We've not had a single decision or 50/50 go our way. That Varane 'foul' right on the end being a prime example.

As always more interested in showing he's the boss than actually giving the right decisions.
