Another interview? What a princess
Could be, but utterly unnecessary one imo when a simple congratulation would be much more appropriate and much less likely to backfire.
If he really wanted to achieve that, then he obviously misjudged Pogba and that again reflects poorly on Mourinho since Pogba is his star signing and he got to work with and get to know him for over 2 years now.
Are people shitting on Jose for this #pogshit show?
Jose has done or said a lot shit but when it comes to Pogba, Jose fecking bent backwards for this guy supported him, defended him when every pundit dog piled on his shit performances and gave him the captain's armband.
I think the footballing side is still covered by Raiola.
#WhoooshDo both of you realize how childish this #Pogshit is. I mean I would like to think that you’re adults. It’s about as clever as someone going around saying “Joshit Moaninho”.
Lindelöf, Darmian, Mkhi? Are you sure that’s what you want?just get a decent fee enough to get 2 or 3 promising players in, no superstar billy big bollocks look at me, just hard working players who are honoured to play for this club like 2 players who most fans feared were disasters on their debuts
Very good point.Sorry, but no he is not. Raiola works for Pogba, not the other way around. Like I said above, do we see this happen with Lukaku? No. Pogba is fine with Raiola as his agent.
Really, again I see nothing wrong with his comments. He's never stated he's going to Barca. He literally said those are just rumors.
Some of you guys are looking for any excuse to be upset. The narrative of him leaving has consumed you all.
The key difference was that under LVG we were getting worse. Results-wise we had a decent first season then a terrible second, while still not playing any better (indeed the football itself was probably getting worse). Now I find one thing particularly interesting.
Under LVG football was bad, he had a plan, but football was bad, I mean really bad and he got all the blame for it, players were pretty much absolved from guilt. Their devotion and attitude were extremely rarely brought into question.
Under Mourinho football is bad, not yet the level of LVG bad but there were some games...i'd like to believe he's got a plan, or few…alas Mourinho is not getting nearly as much of blame that LVG has got for it whilst players are heavily criticised, their devotion, love for the club, abilities and attitude is under a constant firestorm of scrutiny. Most recently board, that has sanctioned close to £400 million to Mourinho and overall more than £700 million is also getting the blame.
If LVG has done what Mourinho has done and is doing regarding his antics, criticism, disrespect towards the club…
Also Pogba has shown he can perform for Conte, Alegri, Deschamps...not exactly "creme de la creme" but they've all won stuff.
I am struggling to recall a player with a supposed big club actually namechecking a rival club like that when talking about his future.
The fan boys are out in force defending the indefensible of course but it is time to end this circus. This fella is simply not worth the hassle.
Does anyone today really think that Pogba manages his social media accounts completely by himself? Its like people actually believe that he sits at home at his crib and decides to post this and that. The man is a multimilliondollar industry, which is part of the reason we bought him in the first place.Am I seeing something that is not there?
Normally I wouldn’t place any emphasis on what a player posts on social media, but in Pogba’s case, I think it’s telling.
He doesn’t post about United that much (lately) compared to the French National team.
IMO he is playing a game and knows what he’s doing.
Excellent post.I keep reading people repeating that Pogba has been ‘cryptic’. I’m really curious what has he been cryptic about (more so than your average sports professional to the media).
Is it his ‘I’ll get fined’ comment? Because I don’t find that cryptic at all. It’s pretty obviously his clumsy way of saying the performance was so bad, it’s worrh a few expletives that he doesn’t want to be fined for.
Is it the Mourinho relationship being strictly coach-player? Nothing cryptic about that, most players will tell you that of their coaches.
Or is it the false quotes attributed to him where some of you jumped at the chance to tear down his character instead of being actual supporters?
I mean, is there something I missed that would be considered cryptic? The attitude being wrong? That’s not cryptic, it’s just an honest answer where he blames himself first even if the whole team’s attitude was wrong against Brighton.
People just want to find a reason to dislike the guy when he’s one of the few players you have that can make a difference and have genuine moments of class, however far and few in between they may be, which is a symptom of this team as a whole to begin with.

Pogba has a PR-rep or ten of them that manages his social media. Any posts of his is probably vetted by Adidas PR and probabaly United PR as well. He is not going to post a lot of stuff by himself; about United or anything else without it being PC.
This thread and your post is a perfect example as of why this is a good idea as well; people get all worked up about one or two wordings. Stop trying to overinterpret something that is PR-business.
Does not make any sense since he said this after beating Leicester and playing well having been made captain. PogbOut and PogbIn camps are both re-writing history to suit their agenda.I keep reading people repeating that Pogba has been ‘cryptic’. I think your post is on the other extreme end, denying there is any problem at all. I would think the truth is somewhere in middle. Is it the Mourinho relationship being strictly coach-player? Nothing cryptic about that, most players will tell you that of their coaches.
There would not be a narrative if he didn't keep talking about his future like this, that's two interviews on this international break. You don't see our other players entertaining questions like this on international duty, also name dropping Barca when he was asked about them. He knows what he's doing. He's been at it since the Leicester game. Clearly not happy and is following instructions from his agent too. You would be a fool to think it's a given he'll be here this time next year.Really, again I see nothing wrong with his comments. He's never stated he's going to Barca. He literally said those are just rumors.

The second interview?I don't really get this, he was specifically asked about them and basically said that it was only rumours.
The second interview?
Eh? That quote was after the Leicester game - that we won, and during which he had captained the team and played excellently...try again.
Pogba can say what he likes within reason but he is going to be judged for it. He isn't an idiot, his agent isn't an idiot, they are worldly wise and know how to say something that will dampen down speculation and what to say to increase it.
If he is happy and wants to stay that's all he has to say - nothing else. If he hints at something, suggests something or alludes to something he KNOWS it will be all over the media within minutes.
My biggest issue is that despite having all the tools to be immense this is all being played out against a backdrop of averagely decent performances and poor results. If he was flying through games leading us to win after win and turning in majestic performances then that's one thing but he hasn't come anywhere near justifying his signing for us yet so to be appearing to be courting the possibility of a move with so much "unfinished business" does leave a bit of a bad taste. If he would just get his head down and get on with actually trying to play the best football he can I for one would be far more impressed.
